Me Linh spends more than 535 billion VND to build 10 service land infrastructure areas

Head of the Organization Board of Me Linh District Party Committee Nguyen Minh Hai said that in the first quarter of 2025, the District Party Committee focused on thoroughly grasping and seriously implementing the directives, resolutions, and directive documents of the Central, City Party Committee, and District Party Committee on key tasks in 2025. In particular, the District Party Committee focused on propagating the work of arranging and streamlining the apparatus of the political system; implementing the Project of building Ring Road 4 - Capital Region; resolving service land; site clearance for framework infrastructure projects; urging slow-to-implement projects in the district...

The District Party Committee also focused on directing the building of clean and strong grassroots Party organizations, consolidating weak Party organizations according to Resolution No. 15-NQ/TU of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee. In particular, the Standing Committee of the District Party Committee mobilized the establishment of 4 Party organizations in non-state enterprises, exceeding the targets assigned by the City Party Committee and the District Party Committee; and admitted 78 new Party members.

In the first 3 months of the year, the district's socio-economic situation achieved positive results. Specifically, the district's economy continued to maintain good growth, the total state budget revenue in the area reached 1,141 billion VND, and the disbursement of public investment capital reached 22.1% of the capital plan assigned by the city.

The district accelerated the implementation of the investment project to build an urban database connecting urban planning, construction investment projects, land, urban planning on the GIS platform to serve smart urban development. The district deployed the settlement of service land for the people. In particular, the departments, offices and units of the district reviewed and approved 420 cases eligible for residential service land in 6 communes and towns; deployed 10 residential service land infrastructure projects with a preliminary total investment of more than 535 billion VND; resolutely carried out site clearance and resettlement to serve the construction project of Ring Road 4 - Capital Region (section passing through the district).

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of Me Linh District Party Committee Nguyen Thanh Liem acknowledged and commended the efforts of the political system from the district to the grassroots level, which have contributed to the successful completion of Party building, political system building, and socio-economic development of the district in the first 3 months of 2025. At the same time, comrade Nguyen Thanh Liem suggested that Party committees, authorities, Fatherland Front Committees and organizations from the district to the grassroots level, based on key tasks, proactively review and compare with the targets, tasks and solutions for 2025 to clearly assign people and responsibilities in direction, operation and implementation, ensuring the comprehensive completion of political tasks for the whole year.

The district focused on leadership and direction with the highest determination to implement the streamlining of the political system's apparatus according to Conclusion No. 126-KL/TU and Conclusion No. 127-KL/TU of the Politburo. The entire political system participated in propaganda, dissemination, and created high consensus and unity among cadres, party members, civil servants, public employees, workers, and people of all walks of life in implementing the policy of streamlining the political system's apparatus.
