At the same time, strengthen the work of preventing and combating waste and negativity; do not organize visits and New Year greetings to superiors and leaders at all levels; strictly prohibit giving or presenting New Year gifts to leaders at all levels in any form; do not participate in superstitious activities.
Strictly implement regulations on revolutionary ethical standards, exemplary responsibility of cadres and party members, and things party members are not allowed to do, especially regulations on not driving a vehicle after consuming alcohol or beer.
The Ministry of Transport also directed agencies and units in the whole industry to proactively grasp and listen to social needs and issues of public concern. Strengthen the dissemination of practical legal content to raise people's awareness and initiative in implementing regulations on ensuring traffic safety and order and handling administrative violations in the field of traffic safety, especially not driving vehicles when using alcohol or beer.
In the emulation movements, the Ministry of Transport requires creating an atmosphere of emulation movements, striving to overcome all difficulties, high determination, promoting the sense of responsibility, the tradition of "going first to pave the way" of the transport sector, organizing construction on traffic works, especially key traffic infrastructure projects before, during and after the Lunar New Year of At Ty, contributing to the successful implementation of goals, tasks and solutions to promote disbursement of investment capital.
