Set up 7 inspection teams to remove obstacles related to key traffic projects

On March 1, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh signed decisions to establish 7 inspection teams to review and remove difficulties and obstacles related to key transport projects scheduled to be completed in 2025 to achieve the target of 3,000km of expressway.

These inspection teams are responsible for checking progress, urging, removing difficulties and obstacles, handling bottlenecks and material bottlenecks to ensure the progress and quality of projects completed by 2025 to achieve the target of 3,000 km of expressway.

Specifically, in Decision No. 486/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 1 led by Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head of the Team; members include leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, Government Office and leaders of People's Committees of provinces and cities: Da Nang, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh, Phu Yen.

Inspection Team No. 01 will inspect the following projects: Hoa Lien-Tuy Loan, Quang Ngai-Hoai Nhon, Hoai Nhon-Quy Nhon, Quy Nhon-Chi Thanh.

In Decision No. 487/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 2 led by Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Xuan Sang as Deputy Head of the Team; members include: Leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade, Government Office and leaders of People's Committees of Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri provinces.

Inspection Team No. 2 will inspect the following projects: Bai Vot-Ham Nghi, Ham Nghi-Vung Ang, Vung Ang-Bung, Bung-Van Ninh, Van Ninh-Cam Lo.

In Decision No. 488/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 03 led by Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head of the Team; members include: Leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade and the Government Office; leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces: Phu Yen, Khanh Hoa, Dak Lak.

Inspection Team No. 03 will inspect the projects: Chi Thanh-Van Phong, Van Phong-Nha Trang, Component Project 1 and Component Project 3 of the Khanh Hoa-Buon Ma Thuot Project.

In Decision No. 489/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 4 led by Deputy Prime Minister Tran Hong Ha as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Pham Minh Ha as Deputy Head of the Team; members include leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade and the Government Office; Leaders of People's Committees of provinces and cities: Can Tho, Hau Giang, Bac Lieu, Kien Giang, Ca Mau, Dong Thap.

Inspection Team No. 4 will inspect the following projects: Can Tho-Hau Giang, Hau Giang-Ca Mau, Cao Lanh-Lo Te, Lo Te-Rach Soi, Cao Lanh-An Huu (Component Project 1 in Dong Thap province).

In Decision No. 490/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 5 led by Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Nguyen Viet Hung as Deputy Head of the Team; members include leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade and the Government Office; leaders of the People's Committees of the provinces: Ha Giang, Tuyen Quang, Lang Son, Cao Bang.

Inspection Team No. 5 will inspect the following projects: Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang section through Ha Giang province, Tuyen Quang-Ha Giang section through Tuyen Quang province, Dong Dang-Tra Linh, Huu Nghi-Chi Lang.

In Decision No. 491/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 6 led by Deputy Prime Minister Ho Duc Phoc as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung as Deputy Head of the Team; members include leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade and the Government Office; leaders of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces: Long An, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau.

Inspection Team No. 06 will inspect the following projects: Ben Luc-Long Thanh; Component Project 1, Component Project 2 and Component Project 3 of the Bien Hoa-Vung Tau Expressway Project.

In Decision No. 492/QD-TTg, the Prime Minister established Inspection Team No. 7 led by Deputy Prime Minister Mai Van Chinh as Head of the Team; Deputy Minister of Construction Bui Xuan Dung as Deputy Head of the Team; members include leaders of ministries and branches: Agriculture and Environment, Finance, Industry and Trade and the Government Office; leaders of the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the provinces: Dong Nai, Binh Duong, Long An.

Inspection Team No. 7 will inspect the following projects: Ho Chi Minh City Ring Road 3 Project (Component Projects 1, 3, 5, 7).

Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh requested the inspection teams to report the inspection results to the Prime Minister before March 15, 2025.
