Techcombank and WinCommerce officially announced the expansion of their strategic cooperation until 2025. This is an important step to provide superior payment solutions, fully meeting the financial and non-financial needs of customers.
According to the cooperation agreement, customers can easily open Techcombank accounts at supermarkets and stores belonging to WinCommerce's WinMart/WinMart+/WiN system. At the same time, financial services such as deposit, withdrawal and diverse payments will also be deployed across the nationwide network. This is one of Techcombank's strategic focuses in 2025 to optimize user experience and enhance payment convenience.
WinCommerce currently owns the largest modern retail system in Vietnam with nearly 4,000 supermarkets and stores spanning from urban to rural areas. As a member of Masan Group, WinCommerce constantly innovates to enhance customer service value.
The extensive cooperation between Techcombank and WinCommerce not only helps optimize financial transactions but also contributes to realizing WinCommerce's "Point of Life" strategy. Developing the payment agent model – an important step in financial inclusion
Over the past two years, Techcombank and Masan Group have built a strategic partnership, bringing convenient experiences to customers in the financial - retail sector. Customers can not only access essential products but also enjoy convenient financial services right at the WinMart/WinMart+/WiN system.
Since January 2025, Techcombank and WinCommerce have deployed a payment agent model at key points of sale in three provinces and cities: Bac Ninh, Bac Giang and Can Tho. In the first phase, 45 stores and supermarkets under WinCommerce have been converted into Techcombank payment agents, helping customers access financial services more easily.
In the context of financial inclusion playing an increasingly important role, expanding the banking agent model at retail points not only helps people, especially in remote areas, access finance more conveniently but also contributes to promoting digital transformation in the banking industry.
