At the working session, the delegation informed the plan to implement the Project "Supporting New Rural Areas associated with developing the agricultural value chain in the province" for the period of 2024-2026 and the following years, aiming to expand the cultivation area of chili varieties in the province. Thereby, proposing the content of activities following the project with a total capital of more than 229.2 billion Won. With main activities such as: Supporting production materials for farmers, production cooperatives in seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and cultivation costs. In addition, supporting training to improve capacity for people and cooperatives through sending Korean experts to provide technical support locally; completing, supplementing human resources and training capacity for management and operation staff. The delegation hopes that the province and localities will support land allocation, land lease and propaganda, mobilizing farmers to actively participate to ensure meeting the requirements of production expansion in the coming time.

Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged the results that the project had brought to the locality in the past. By continuing to maintain and restart the project, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that the project will continue to develop and create more success. Through the proposal of the working delegation, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his support for the delegation to send experts to support the project and consider continuing to expand the chili growing project area to promote the value of the crop and increase income for the people. He also suggested that it is necessary to restart the project soon, take the location of Tam Ngan village, Lam Son commune (Ninh Son) to set up the factory and expand production, arrange raw material areas, invest in production infrastructure, improve efficiency and product value to bring profits, attract people to actively participate. During the implementation process, it is necessary to structure and arrange the appropriate operating apparatus; Ensure the connection between 4 parties: People, cooperatives, enterprises and government; especially close connection with local government to provide timely and best support for the project. The direction is to research and grow chili varieties with high productivity and efficiency, creating diverse products to expand export markets. The province also commits to accompany the project, support the arrangement of suitable production areas, and mobilize people to actively participate.
