The meeting and dialogue between the Standing Committee of Hong Linh Town Party Committee (Ha Tinh) and village and residential group officials aimed to share experiences, advantages, difficulties and obstacles in the process of implementing leadership and direction roles at the grassroots level.
On the afternoon of January 30, the Standing Committee of the Hong Linh Town Party Committee held a meeting and dialogue with the team of Party cell secretaries, village chiefs, and residential group leaders in the area.
At the meeting, the secretaries, deputy secretaries of the Party cells, village heads, and heads of hamlets and residential groups were excited and happy with the socio-economic results that the town has achieved in recent times.
In 2023, Hong Linh town had 17/21 targets assessed as meeting and exceeding the plan. Budget revenue in the area reached over 301 billion VND. The urban beautification movement continued to be vigorously implemented; by the end of 2023, 55/63 criteria for a type III urban area were achieved. The whole town attracted 2 investment projects with a total registered capital of over 680 billion VND and 2 projects signed investment cooperation agreements at the Conference to announce the Planning and Investment Promotion of the province....
Mr. Nguyen Khiem - Secretary of Party Cell 3, Nam Hong Ward, proposed that the town have a plan to resolve suspended projects and plans in the area.
Delegates also reflected on a number of issues that are still worrying and entangled at the grassroots level, such as: Urban beautification work; Party building; the "problem" of sustainable poverty reduction, creating livelihoods and developing stable jobs; site clearance for some projects facing difficulties; the problem of domestic waste treatment...
With a high sense of responsibility, the leaders of the City Party Committee, People's Council and People's Committee of Hong Linh Town listened, accepted, and discussed and explained specifically and accurately the issues raised by the delegates.

Concluding the conference, Secretary of the Town Party Committee Le Thanh Dong acknowledged and commended the dedication, efforts and responsibility of the Party cell secretaries, village heads and residential group leaders, contributing to the successful implementation of the goals and tasks set by the town in 2023.
The Secretary of the Town Party Committee also hopes that the team of village and residential group cadres will continue to promote their role, create high consensus among the people; advise local Party committees and authorities to put the resolutions and policies of the Party and State into practice, and successfully carry out the tasks and plans for 2024.
