The meeting was chaired by comrades: Thai Thanh Quy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation; Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Nhu Khoi - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

Based on the summary report and draft Resolution submitted by the Provincial People's Committee leaders, the meeting unanimously approved 15 important Resolutions.

Of which, there are 6 related Resolutions on adjusting public investment plans; adjusting and allocating State budget estimates; adjusting and allocating in detail the central budget capital plan to implement the National Target Program on New Rural Construction for the period 2021 - 2025 and annually; piloting the decentralization mechanism in management and organization of implementation of National Target Programs for the period 2024 - 2025.

8 Resolutions on policies and adjustments to investment policies for projects; Zoning plans; changing forest use purposes; promulgating a list of public services using the state budget, creating a basis for accelerating the progress of works and projects, promoting the effectiveness of resources; attracting investment; promoting economic growth. A Resolution on regulations on a number of policies to support ethnic minority boarding schools.

Speaking at the closing session, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Thai Thanh Quy requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct relevant departments, branches and localities to complete documents and report to competent authorities promptly and in accordance with regulations; strengthen inspection and supervision work, promptly grasp and resolve difficulties and problems, especially in site clearance work, to speed up the disbursement of capital; provide timely and detailed instructions to localities, units and beneficiaries after the policy is issued.

Regarding the adjustment of investment policies for projects, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Thai Thanh Quy requested the Provincial People's Committee to direct investors to complete investment procedures; focus resources and human resources to speed up progress to ensure projects are completed on schedule. In particular, promote the successful lessons in the leadership and direction of the implementation of the 500 kV line 3 project to carry out key projects of the province.
