The delegation of Ha Tinh province will survey Vu Quang National Park, Vu Mon waterfall (Huong Khe district) and some neighboring areas to collect information to promote tourism investment in the localities.
Implementing the direction of the Provincial People's Committee on preparing contents related to the survey of Vu Mon waterfall, the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism has developed a plan to organize a survey team to Vu Mon waterfall, Vu Quang National Park and some locations with potential for tourism development in the surrounding area.
The survey team visited the memorial stele of Phan Dinh Phung and the insurgents in Vu Quang district.
On September 18, the working group began surveying Vu Quang National Park, Ngan Truoi Lake and medicinal plant growing areas. After that, the group continued to survey Vu Mon waterfall and neighboring areas; tourist attractions and relics in the province such as: Memorial site of late General Secretary Ha Huy Tap, Memorial site of AHLS Ly Tu Trong, Memorial site of Great Poet Nguyen Du, etc.

The survey team included representatives from the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, Vu Quang National Park, An Thien Ly Construction and Service Company Limited (Ho Chi Minh City); local leaders, border guards and a number of press agencies.
The program aims to survey and evaluate the potential and current status of infrastructure and service systems at Vu Mon waterfall, Vu Quang National Park and some neighboring localities to introduce tourism services to businesses; promote cooperation, linkage and experience sharing; and receive feedback from members of the delegation to develop tourism products for Ha Tinh province. |
