Accordingly, the Provincial People's Committee commended 7 units and localities including: Provincial Economic Zones and Industrial Parks Management Board, People's Committees of Bac Tra My, Dai Loc, Dong Giang, Nam Giang, Que Son, Tay Giang districts for submitting documents requesting amendments and supplements to the Regulations and land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 to the Department of Natural Resources and Environment for synthesis.
The Provincial People's Committee also criticized the Chairmen of the People's Committees of the districts, towns and cities: Tam Ky, Nui Thanh, Hoi An, Duy Xuyen, Dien Ban, Phu Ninh, Thang Binh, Nong Son, Tien Phuoc, Hiep Duc, Nam Tra My, Phuoc Son because by November 12, 2024, the localities had not yet submitted documents requesting amendments and supplements to the Regulations and land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 according to the directives of the Provincial People's Committee and the instructions of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment.
The Provincial People's Committee requests the People's Committees of the above districts, towns and cities to urgently establish complete documents and procedures to propose amendments and supplements to the Regulations and land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 and submit them no later than November 30, 2024.
In case localities submit dossiers after November 30, it will be considered that there is no proposal to amend or supplement the Regulations and land price list for the period 2020 - 2024 and the People's Committees of those districts, towns and cities must be responsible for resolving any arising problems related to the use of land prices in the land price list according to the provisions of Article 111 and Article 159 of the 2024 Land Law.
