In his speech, Major General Phung Ngoc Son emphasized: The conference on training technical staff work for the entire army is an important task to improve the quality of technical work, contributing to building a revolutionary, disciplined, elite, and gradually modern army, building a number of military branches, arms, and forces to advance straight to modernity; striving by 2025 to basically build a strong, compact, and elite People's Army, creating a solid foundation for building a modern army by 2030.

Participating in the training, 123 comrades who are technical officers in the whole army will study some basic topics such as: Introducing the development trend of the digital transformation program of the whole army's technical sector; some contents on logistics and technical documents; introducing the regulations on technical work of the Vietnam People's Army; unifying the process of production, procurement, improvement, modernization, conversion of technical equipment and technical equipment acceptance work; some contents of technical materials work in the Vietnam People's Army...

As planned, the training will end on July 5.
