Jason Pendant Quang Vinh was born in 1997, is a French player of Vietnamese origin. He was born in Sarcelles, a suburb of Paris. Quang Vinh's father is French and his mother is Vietnamese.
In August 2024, Jason Quang Vinh debuted for Hanoi Police Club in a friendly match against Nam Dinh at Hang Day Stadium. He signed a 2-year contract until June 30, 2026.
Returning to his mother's hometown to compete for the first time, Jason Quang Vinh brought his girlfriend and two children. He is living in Hanoi and is spending his first Tet holiday with his family.

Jason Quang Vinh celebrated Vietnamese New Year with his family for the first time after half a year of playing. The former French U18 player also wants to get Vietnamese citizenship.
Currently, the Hanoi Police Club is completing the procedures for Jason Quang Vinh to have Vietnamese citizenship after Tet. If it becomes a reality, he can wear the Vietnamese national team jersey.
He once said: "Since I was little, my mother taught me about Vietnamese culture and cuisine. One day if I receive an offer to wear the Vietnamese national team jersey, I will not hesitate because of that pride."
In the 2024 - 2025 season, Jason Quang Vinh started 10 matches for Hanoi Police Club.
