On the afternoon of September 18, Me Linh district (Hanoi) organized an auction of 32 land lots in Bach Da village, Kim Hoa commune. The winning bids of the lots ranged from 33.3 to 48.9 million VND/m2.
The highest winning price of the land lot is 48.9 million VND/m2 with an area of 124m2 located at 2 frontages. Thus, the total value of this land lot is more than 6 billion VND. The winning price is nearly 2 times higher than the starting price of 25.9 million VND/m2. The deposit for the land lot is more than 642 million VND.
32 plots of land were auctioned this time. The area of each plot is about 73.5-187.5 m2/plot. The starting price ranges from 21.7-32.8 million VND/m2. The lowest deposit for a plot of land is over 405 million VND, the highest is over 1.2 billion VND.

The auction was originally scheduled for September 12. However, due to Typhoon Yagi, the auction was rescheduled to September 18.
Previously, in June, Me Linh district organized an auction of 51 plots of land in Dong Truoc area, hamlet 4, Xa Mac village, Lien Mac commune. The adjacent plots of land have areas from 95.0m2 to 172.5m2, starting prices from 19.9 million VND/m2 to 20.4 million VND/m2; the villa plots have areas from 148.75m2 to 263.2m2, starting prices from 18.4 million VND/m2 to 20.5 million VND/m2.
The auction attracted 130 customers to participate. After an afternoon of public and transparent work, 51 plots of land were successfully auctioned with winning prices ranging from 18.6 million VND to 38.8 million VND/m2. The total winning bid was 169 billion VND, a difference of 47 billion VND compared to the starting price.
