According to Mr. Nguyen Duc Hiep, the company has invested in a factory system to produce Acotec wall panels that have been popularized and widely used in many large projects, meeting the criteria of product quality, fast construction progress, cost optimization, environmental friendliness and completely suitable for modern construction trends to replace traditional masonry walls with light weight, fast construction progress, and less labor.
Acotec wall panels produced by the company are only 1/2 - 1/3 lighter than traditional brick walls, helping to save on construction foundation costs; have good soundproofing, heat insulation, and fire resistance; construction speed is 3 - 5 times faster than conventional masonry walls, less construction labor and cleaner construction; electricity and water construction according to the existing holes of the panels helps reduce 50% of labor for cutting and chiseling walls...

For the product "tube bricks - cement aggregate", the main raw materials are almost available in all localities including additives, cement and sand or stone powder; solid construction waste, other industrial waste.
"The production cost is cheaper than traditional fired clay bricks because the cement content is very low and it is possible to use silicon-based waste such as stone dust, thermoelectric turn signals... Therefore, the profit is higher due to the low cost and the corporate income tax is reduced for up to 10 years and preferential loans according to Government regulations" - Mr. Tran Trung Nghia said.
It is a fact that natural resources, including natural building materials, are gradually depleted due to over-exploitation combined with increasing human demand. Moreover, some building materials not only have negative impacts on human health but are also a hazard to the environment.
