Gray and gray colors also create luxury for the house and garden.

In addition to familiar Vietnamese brands such as Viglacera, Dong Tam, Hoan My..., many people now also choose products made in foreign countries such as India, China... Ms. Hong's store has nearly 400 tile models with lines such as Granite, Ceramic, raw glaze... The segment of floor and wall tiles has a large fluctuation range, from 80,000-90,000 VND/ m2 for the popular line and up to 1-1.2 million VND/ m2 for the high-end line. Although it is the peak season, product prices are relatively stable, without fluctuations.

Modern life has led to the development of devices to serve people's daily needs. Sanitary equipment with many integrated features and being environmentally friendly is also popular with many people. Touchless, smart technologies are leading the trend. In particular, smart toilets with automatic flushing systems and seat temperature adjustment are popular with users. Integrated functions including automatic washing, drying, automatic flushing, antibacterial spraying, allowing remote control via mobile applications... are no longer strange. In the market, sanitary equipment is being sold at prices ranging from 5-30 million VND/set depending on the features and technology integration.

Mr. Pham Van Son, owner of a complete construction materials and interior design store in Kim Thanh district, often advertises his products through live streams on Facebook, directly interacting and answering customers' questions. On this occasion, when the demand for construction is high, many families need to repair and paint their houses but cannot hire workers, Mr. Son has connected with the homeowners. This also helps Mr. Son's store gain more customers.

Understanding the tastes of customers, Minh Hieu electrical and water store in Tan Binh ward (Hai Duong city) has imported sanitary equipment and smart kitchen equipment. Mr. Doan Trong Hieu, the store owner, said: “At this time, the number of customers coming to see and shop at our store has increased 3 times compared to usual. Keeping up with the market is a big factor in determining sales. This is also a factor that helps businesses stand firm in the context of fierce market competition like today.”

Ms. Tong Thu Hong shared: “In the past, construction material stores simply imported goods to sell, but now there must be a change in business. We have to provide the goods and products that customers need, not sell what we have.”

Not only stopping at the skills and experience accumulated in the sales process, Ms. Hong also spent time registering to attend online classes on design and architecture to further improve her knowledge and customer consulting skills.

From now until Lunar New Year, stores and agents selling finishing materials and interiors continue to promote marketing programs and introduce products to increase competitiveness in the market. Consumers need to research carefully and buy products at reputable stores and agents to ensure quality as well as to be covered by genuine warranty policies.
