(Dan Tri) - Every March, the beauty of the highlands of Ha Giang is further embellished by the colors of flowers such as pear blossoms, red cotton flowers... creating a brilliant, lyrical picture.
Every March, in Bac Ha (Lao Cai), pear blossoms cover the valleys, high hills and roads in white. One of the destinations chosen by many tourists is the pear blossom gardens in full bloom in the central area of the district. Recorded at the Bac Ha Vegetable and Fruit Research and Production Farm (Lao Cai), thousands of pear trees grow in rows close together and bloom with white flowers. The pure white, rustic color of the flowers growing on the highlands makes visitors captivated, fascinated and amazed every time they come here to visit and admire. Visitors feel like they are lost in a fairy garden because of the tall pear trees with large trunks, spreading their canopies like umbrellas, and every branch is full of buds and flowers. The season of white pear blossoms combined with the yellow color of canola flowers makes the Bac Ha highlands brighter and more bustling as tourists from everywhere flock to visit and explore. The pure white of pear blossoms blends with the vibrant colors of traditional costumes, interwoven with the green of the mountains and forests to create a poetic and charming scene. Thao Chi (2008) and her family traveled more than 60km from Ban Phiet to Bac Ha town to visit the pear garden in full bloom during the season. Chi said she was very excited by the poetic scenery of the pear garden and hoped to take many beautiful photos there. The scent of the Northeast highlands cannot be without the red color of the cotton tree in March on the mountains of Ha Giang. No one knows when the cotton tree appeared on Ha Giang land, but the people still call this tree by a very mountainous name, cotton tree flower. At the end of February and the beginning of March, when the late peach trees begin to fade, the kapok flowers will bloom. On the hillside along the winding, zigzag roads, you can always see the red cotton trees blooming. The image of Ha Giang cotton flowers growing on steep rocky slopes also symbolizes the strong vitality and resilient will of the people in the mountainous region.
Despite the dry and rocky land, the kapok flower with its strong vitality still grows on the mountain slopes and corn fields of ethnic minorities. The red color of the cotton flowers combined with the blue of the water and the green of the forest trees creates a highlight in the picture of the highlands of Ha Giang. The image of the Ha Giang cotton flower blooming season in March is both familiar and simple, becoming a place where people here can express their feelings whenever they see it. The cotton flower also symbolizes the belief and hope of the people for a bountiful harvest. On the bare branches, flower buds begin to bloom, spreading bright red across the sky, a magical, captivating beauty that captivates the heart.
