Westminster Magistrates Court heard that Orla Sloan had been invited to a party at Chilwell's home.
Here, the 22-year-old hot girl met and had sex with midfielder Mason Mount.
After 6 months of dating, the British star decided to end his relationship with this girl.
But Orla Sloan didn't care about that and kept bothering Mason Mount with vulgar, sexually harassing words.
The 22-year-old girl even changed her phone number 21 times after being blocked by a Chelsea player.
Not stopping there, Orla Sloan also harassed defender Ben Chilwell and midfielder Billy Gilmour.
The model, born in 2001, created an Instagram account with the name DevilBaby_10 and often uses Chilwell's photos combined with other women to post.
Orla Sloan even tagged friends and relatives of the star wearing the "The Blues" shirt.
