On the morning of May 29, comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee to listen to and give opinions on a number of important contents. Attending the meeting were comrades of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, comrades of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee and leaders of a number of departments and branches.

At the meeting, the leaders of the Department of Construction reported on the implementation results of Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU dated February 28, 2019, Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU dated March 18, 2019 of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee on building model new rural residential areas; at the same time, clarifying difficulties and obstacles, proposing recommendations to adjust and amend some contents of Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU and Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU, thereby contributing to removing difficulties to establish rural residential planning, creating revenue for the provincial budget.

Comrade Nguyen Quang Hung, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee spoke at the meeting. Comrade Vu Kim Cu, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Economic Zone and Industrial Park Management Board spoke at the meeting.

In his concluding remarks, Comrade Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee emphasized: The policy of adjusting Conclusion No. 50-KL/TU and Resolution No. 05-NQ/TU of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee is a necessary task. He requested the Department of Construction to absorb the opinions of the delegates attending the meeting, on that basis, to adjust the report to be most suitable in terms of name, basis, basis, objectives, and content, in which attention should be paid to the content of increasing the road cross-section area appropriately, meeting practical requirements.

Also at the meeting, the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee gave its opinion on adjusting the investment policy for the coastal road project of Thai Binh province. Regarding this content, the Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to absorb the opinions of the delegates, on that basis, complete the report to the competent authority in the coming time.
