Temporarily cut off and restrict traffic on some routes serving the Aikya Cross Country Marathon Tra Vinh 2025

LIST OF ROUTES TEMPORARY CLOSURES AND TRAFFIC RESTRICTIONS TO SERVE THE ORGANIZATION OF AIKYA CROSS COUNTRY MARATHON TRA VINH 2025

1. Temporary traffic shutdown

a) Temporarily cut off traffic to serve the deployment and installation of technical equipment systems on the race track at the starting and finishing points, and the Organizing Committee area.

Temporary traffic cut location: Temporarily cut off 2-way traffic on a section of Pham Ngu Lao Street, Tra Vinh City (from Phan Chu Trinh Street to May 19 Street).

Temporary traffic cut off time: From 00:00 to 12:00 on April 13, 2025.

Types of vehicles temporarily cut off from traffic: All types of road motor vehicles (except the following types of vehicles: Vehicles of the Organizing Committee, vehicles of service forces, vehicles of security forces, vehicles on official duty, vehicles of residents living in the area where traffic has been temporarily cut off, and priority vehicles as prescribed by law).

b) Temporarily cut off traffic to serve the competition, award ceremony and prize distribution process.

Temporary traffic cut-off location: Temporarily cut off 2-way traffic on a section of 19/5 Street, Tra Vinh City (from Pham Ngu Lao Street to Vo Van Kiet Street); 19/5 Street extension and Tran Phu Street, Tra Vinh City (from Sala vegetarian restaurant to Hung Bien Seafood restaurant); Tran Phu Street, Tra Vinh City (from Hung Bien Seafood restaurant to Vo Van Kiet Street).

Traffic closure period: 03:00 to 11:00 on 13/04/2025 (or until the races end).

c) Locations for temporary one-way traffic closure on road sections

- Vo Van Kiet Street, Tra Vinh City (section from Tran Phu Street to Vo Van Kiet - Nguyen Dang roundabout; section from Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Street to Nguyen Dang intersection); Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Tra Vinh City (section from Provincial Cultural Center to Go supermarket and section from Conference Center to Go supermarket).

+ Temporary traffic cut-off time: From 3:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2025.

+ Types of vehicles temporarily cut off from traffic: All types of road motor vehicles (except the following types of vehicles: Vehicles of the Organizing Committee, vehicles of service forces, vehicles of security forces, vehicles on official duty, vehicles of residents living in the area where traffic has been temporarily cut off, and priority vehicles as prescribed by law).

- Nguyen Dang Street, Tra Vinh City (section from Vo Van Kiet Street to the roundabout near the Provincial General Hospital).

Temporary traffic shutdown time: From 06:00 to 10:00 on April 13, 2025.

- National Highway 53 (old Cultural Center area to Ben Co bridge).

+ Time to temporarily cut traffic when the athletes run through: From 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on April 13, 2025.

2. Traffic restrictions

- Traffic restriction period: From 03:45 to approximately 11:00, April 13, 2025 (remaining routes according to the race route map; when the last athlete passes, traffic restriction ends).

- Types of vehicles with traffic restrictions: 3-wheeled motorbikes, tractors, cars, trucks and vehicles with similar structures (except for the following types of vehicles: Vehicles of the Organizing Committee, vehicles of service forces, vehicles of security forces, vehicles on official duty, vehicles of residents living in areas with traffic restrictions and priority vehicles as prescribed by law).
