Provincial online conference to study, learn and thoroughly grasp the articles and works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong

On the morning of April 10, the Provincial Party Standing Committee held a direct and online conference for the whole province to study, learn, and disseminate articles and works of General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong and deploy a number of documents of the Central and the province.

Attending the conference at the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People's Committee conference hall were comrades: Ngo Dong Hai, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tien Thanh, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Nguyen Khac Than, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; comrades of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, People's Committee, National Assembly Delegation; leaders of departments, branches, sectors and organizations of the province.

The conference was connected to 274 points across the province and over 27,000 delegates attended.

At the conference, delegates listened to Comrade Pham Dong Thuy, Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department, introduce the content of the work Building and developing a comprehensive and modern Vietnamese foreign affairs and diplomacy imbued with the identity of "Vietnamese bamboo" and the content of the article Proud and confident under the glorious flag of the Party, determined to build an increasingly rich, civilized, cultured and heroic Vietnam by General Secretary Nguyen Phu Trong; Comrade Vu Kim Cu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee, Director of the Department of Planning and Investment, introduced the Planning of Thai Binh province for the period 2021 - 2030, with a vision to 2050.

In addition, delegates were informed of a number of directives and conclusions of the Politburo and the Secretariat: Directive No. 29-CT/TW, dated January 5, 2024 of the Politburo on universal education, compulsory education, eradicating illiteracy for adults and promoting student streaming in general education; Directive No. 30-CT/TW, dated February 5, 2024 of the Secretariat on oral propaganda work in the new situation; Conclusion No. 69-KL/TW, dated January 11, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 20-NQ/TW, dated November 1, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on developing science and technology to serve the cause of industrialization and modernization in the context of a socialist-oriented market economy and international integration; Conclusion No. 70-KL/TW, dated January 31, 2024 of the Politburo on developing physical training and sports in the new period; Conclusion No. 72-KL/TW, dated February 23, 2024 of the Politburo on continuing to implement Resolution No. 13-NQ/TW, dated January 16, 2012 of the 11th Party Central Committee on building synchronous infrastructure to turn our country into an industrialized country in a modern direction.
