On the afternoon of January 12, the Tan A Dai Thanh Entrepreneurs Conference with the theme “Unity Breakthrough” took place in a solemn and inspiring atmosphere at the Dolce by Wyndham Hanoi Golden Lake Hotel, Giang Vo, Hanoi. The event was attended by the Group's Board of Directors and more than 100 Tan A Dai Thanh entrepreneurs - key leaders, managers, representatives of Corporations and member units throughout the system.
Tan A Dai Thanh Business Conference is a special annual event to honor the contributions of the Management Leaders, the pioneers who lead and guide the Tan A Dai Thanh train to reach out and conquer new development goals with pride.
In his closing speech, General Director Nguyen Duy Chinh summarized the outstanding achievements in 2024 - a year of many challenges but also full of pride when the Group marked outstanding growth. At the same time, the General Director shared the development direction and goals for 2025, accordingly, Tan A Dai Thanh will continue to implement key solutions such as: ensuring the completion of revenue and profit targets; building brand reputation on the foundation of sustainable development, respect for the law and the mission of Spreading prosperity; promoting research and development of new products, meeting untapped market segments and needs; shifting industrial production, focusing on service work to create a difference in the market and especially improving employee remuneration policies, so that the achievements of development are shared with all members of the Common House, contributing to improving the lives of employees.
The conference is also an opportunity to recognize and honor the outstanding achievements of the Corporations and member units through the 2024 Production and Business Rewards program, thereby further motivating the staff to continue to be creative and dedicated in the new period.
In particular, the Ceremony of assigning operational targets, assets, and capital for 2025 to the Group Level, General Corporation Level, and affiliated member companies Level also took place with a spirit of high determination and commitment to completing the development goals of 2025.
Speaking at the ceremony, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors Nguyen Thi Mai Phuong confidently said: “Our Tan A Dai Thanh train is ready to roll for a successful and brilliant year 2025. Each Tan A Dai Thanh Entrepreneur is a conductor of his or her own train, the Board of Directors is the locomotive to bring our train to the finish line of the 2025 target and further to the 2028 target.”
