The conference analyzed, discussed and agreed on the assessment of the implementation of socio-economic development and Party building tasks in 2024; The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee closely followed the direction of the Central Committee, took advantage of opportunities, advantages, proactively, creatively, innovated, focused on leadership, closely and resolutely directed tasks and solutions, together with the solidarity, responsibility and efforts of the entire political system and all classes of people, the business community, so they achieved 17/23 targets (6 difficult targets left). Notably, the socio-economy continued to recover stably and grow quite well, some areas changed positively, budget revenue exceeded the target. Culture and society had many progressive changes; social security policies were fully and promptly implemented; the work of caring for policy beneficiaries and poor households was better implemented, especially the work of eliminating temporary and dilapidated houses; The poverty rate has been reduced to the set target (1.61%). National defense and security have been maintained; political security and social order and safety have been ensured. Party building and the political system have continued to be promoted. Preparations for the Party Congresses at all levels for the 2025-2030 term have been focused on and directed resolutely, achieving results. Inspection, supervision, Party discipline and anti-corruption and negativity have been strengthened. Mass mobilization work and activities of the Front and mass organizations have continued to change positively, closely following political tasks to organize many appropriate activities.

Based on the assessments and evaluations of the context, situation and achievements, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee agreed on the direction and tasks for 2025, and at the same time proposed to continue reviewing and comparing the targets, objectives and tasks for 2024 in a precise, comprehensive and objective manner. From there, determine the targets, objectives, tasks and solutions to ensure appropriateness and unified implementation throughout the Party Committee, meet development requirements, and contribute to completing the goals set out in the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress.
Also at the conference, the Provincial Party Standing Committee gave opinions on the working program of the Executive Committee and the Standing Committee in 2025 and the content of the program of the year-end meeting of the 11th Provincial People's Council.

Speaking at the conference, the Provincial Party Secretary emphasized that in the context of many advantages, new opportunities, difficulties and challenges, with high determination, the Provincial Party Committee, People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, departments, branches and localities have closely followed the direction of the Central Government and the province in leading, closely and resolutely directing key and urgent solutions and tasks; united and shared the responsibility of the entire political system and all classes of people and businesses to bring the results of the province's tasks in 2024 to meet the set targets, creating momentum for the successful implementation of the goals and targets of the entire 2020-2025 term.

With the spirit of innovation, creativity, urgency and determination, the Provincial Party Secretary requested Party committees at all levels, sectors and localities to identify the causes and propose solutions to overcome difficulties and limitations; strive to achieve the highest results in the tasks and socio-economic targets set for 2025. Based on the province's assessment, sectors and localities proactively develop programs, projects, key tasks and solutions to focus on implementing in conjunction with promoting emulation to celebrate major holidays of the year. Have mechanisms to remove difficulties and obstacles to attract investment in key projects, sectors and fields; seek solutions to increase budget revenue. Strengthen national defense and security; build the Party and political system, prevent corruption, negativity and waste; continue to innovate the leadership methods of Party committees with breakthrough solutions and fields for rapid and sustainable development.
The Provincial Party Secretary also noted a number of tasks that need to be focused on from now until the end of the year, which is to continue reviewing the tasks for 2024 to focus on directing implementation; focusing on the tasks identified in the work program and list of tasks for 2024. Focus on directing the organization of the year-end meeting of the 11th Provincial People's Council in 2024 with the highest goal of ensuring that the issued resolutions are feasible and meet development requirements; at the same time, continue to focus on preparing and successfully organizing party congresses at all levels, towards the 14th National Congress of the Party.
