Lao Cai International Tourism Fair 2024 will take place for 4 days, from November 7, 2024 to November 10, 2024 at Dinh Le Square (Lao Cai City) with a scale equivalent to 127 standard booths and surrounding areas within an area of 5,000 m2 (combining both activities of the Tourism and Culture - Sports sectors).
The fair has the participation of businesses, units, and organizations operating in the tourism sector (travel, accommodation, food and beverage, transportation, tourist attractions, entertainment, souvenirs, etc.) in the province, domestically and internationally; international regions/provinces/cities connecting and cooperating with Lao Cai; embassies/tourism promotion organizations of Korea, Thailand, France, Japan, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Laos, China, etc.; international organizations with official relations with Lao Cai province; tourism exchange and promotion organizations of countries headquartered in Hanoi; domestic provinces and cities and provinces and regions cooperating with Lao Cai (cooperation with 5 economic corridor provinces, the Red River basin, the 8 Northwestern provinces and Ho Chi Minh City, etc.);

The fair is divided into 5 spaces, attractively, uniquely, professionally and appropriately decorated, in harmony with the space for organizing activities and exhibitions of the Department of Culture and Sports, demonstrating the potential advantages in tourism development and cooperation connection with domestic and international provinces and cities of Lao Cai.
The units participating in the Fair will participate in booths to introduce local and business tourism products; promote tourism and communication, introduce destinations, introduce tourism products and services; search for and welcome, work with partners at the booth; introduce and directly provide tourism products (promotional tours, services at hotels, tourist attractions, airline tickets, etc.) to partner businesses and especially to the community and visitors to the Fair at the booth.
Along with that, the Fair organizes exchange activities with partners and customers: B2B (Business To Business) activities - business to business; B2C (Business To Customer) activities - business to customer; organizes conferences, seminars to introduce, promote and advertise local tourism products and services and organizes activities for people and visitors (promotional programs, stimulating demand to attract tourists, organizing entertainment activities, folk games of the Northwest highlands ... to attract tourists).
Lao Cai International Tourism Fair opens at 8:00 p.m. on November 7, 2024 at Dinh Le Square.
The summary and closing ceremony of the Fair will take place on the morning of November 10, 2024 at Muong Thanh Hotel.
