Hoa Phat 10 consecutive years in the Top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam

Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company (Vietnam Report) in collaboration with VietnamNet Newspaper has just announced the VNR500 Ranking - Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024.Hoa Phat Group was honored as the 2nd largest private enterprise in Vietnam in 2024 and the 12th largest enterprise in the country.
This is the 18th year that this list has been published based on the revenue criteria of the previous year, in which Hoa Phat Group has been honored for 17 consecutive years. From 2014-2024, Hoa Phat has been in the Top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam for 10 consecutive years. Notably, in 2022-2023, Hoa Phat Group has led the Top 10 largest private enterprises in Vietnam for 2 consecutive years and is in the top 10 largest enterprises in Vietnam.

In 2023, Hoa Phat recorded revenue of VND 120,355 billion and after-tax profit of VND 6,800 billion. In the first 9 months of 2024, Hoa Phat recorded more than VND 105 trillion in revenue equivalent to more than USD 4 billion, an increase of 23% over the same period last year; after-tax profit reached VND 9,210 billion, an increase of 140% over the same period last year. Hoa Phat paid VND 10,000 billion to the State budget in the first 9 months of 2024, exceeding the payment for the whole year of 2023. Currently, the Group is operating and contributing to the State budget in 26 provinces and cities across the country. Hoa Phat holds the No. 1 market share in Vietnam in the fields of construction steel, steel pipes, and Top 5 corrugated iron enterprises. The Group also maintains its position and market share in the leading group of clean chicken eggs and commercial pork supplied to the market. In particular, Hoa Phat clean chicken eggs are currently in the Top 3 largest producers in Vietnam and leading in the North. Hoa Phat is also continuously honored in the most prestigious rankings, typically: Top 50 most effective listed companies, Top 3 largest private enterprises contributing to the national budget, Top 10 Strong Brands, Top 100 largest companies in Southeast Asia by Fortune... Linking its development with the community, in the past 9 months, Hoa Phat has also implemented many charity and social programs. Typical examples include supporting localities to build 1,500 houses for people in difficult circumstances, donating more than 300 water purifiers to schools and medical facilities nationwide, sponsoring the construction of new schools, supporting orphans and children with congenital heart disease, etc. The VNR500 ranking recognizes and honors the worthy achievements of large-scale enterprises, maintaining effective and stable production and business activities, enterprises that have shown resilience, overcoming international fluctuations, contributing to bringing the economy back to the growth trajectory.
