On December 12, the producer of the movie “The Priests 2: Dark Nuns” released the first official trailer and poster, featuring the two main actresses Song Hye Kyo and Jeon Yeo Been.

"Dark Nuns" will be released on January 24, 2025, and is a female version of the 2015 hit film "The Priests", starring Kim Yun Suk and Kang Dong Won.

“Dark Nuns” delves into the gripping story of two nuns who perform forbidden rituals to save a young boy possessed by a terrifying evil spirit. The film promises a gripping exploration of faith, courage, and the never-ending battle against darkness.

Notably, this is the work that marks Song Hye Kyo's return to Korean cinema after a decade, since "My Brilliant Life" (2014).

In the first poster, Song Hye Kyo plays Sister Junia and Jeon Yeo Been as Sister Michaela, appearing as a ghostly nun.

The photo was taken from a close-up angle, showing the two actresses with cold faces, determined eyes, looking in the same direction. Their expressions evoke a story of solidarity in confronting the forces of darkness.

"We are willing to venture into the forbidden zone" - the caption on the poster briefly describes the situation of the story.

In particular, Song Hye Kyo's beauty is being discussed. The side-angle image helps her show off her sharp facial features. A dark role also makes Song Hye Kyo expected after her impressive performance in the movie "The Glory" in early 2023.
