In order to recognize the contributions of teachers to the development of the country's education sector, the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) has just organized the program "Ceremony to honor outstanding teachers and managers in 2024".

Among them, Meritorious Teacher, Associate Professor, Doctor Luong Minh Cu - Principal of Cuu Long University - is one of 6 teachers at the higher education level honored by the Ministry of Education and Training as exemplary teachers and managers in 2024.

Meritorious teacher Luong Minh Cu is 72 years old this year, and has worked at Ho Chi Minh City University of Finance and Accounting, Ho Chi Minh City University of Economics, and University of Finance and Marketing.

Associate Professor, Dr. Luong Minh Cu is an exemplary teacher, prestigious and has a profound influence in the education sector and society.

As the direct manager of Cuu Long University, he has improved and perfected the school's organizational and management system in a streamlined and effective manner.

The school has passed the second cycle of educational quality accreditation and has 13 training programs that meet educational quality accreditation standards. The school was honored to receive the 3rd class Labor Medal awarded by the President of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the 3rd class Labor Medal awarded by the President of Laos.
