Each women's association branch participates in taking care of, pruning, and cleaning a flower street in the area, which is effectively implemented by the branches, contributing to cleaning the environment. The branches collect and sell recycled waste to raise funds, from which they support women members to escape poverty; give bicycles and health insurance cards to orphans in difficult circumstances on the occasion of the new school year, the Mid-Autumn Festival, and Children's Day on June 1st...

The model of Binh Luc Ha neighborhood has created a strong influence throughout the ward in mobilizing people and resources to build a civilized urban area.

The new linkage models were enthusiastically produced by the people, creating new endogenous resources to help people increase the value of products from 5-10 times compared to rice cultivation, other products all increased the value of products, creating a unique product brand that attracted many ordinary workers to gradually build OCOP products..., the average income per capita reached 140 million VND/year.

The effectiveness of the model has created a high level of consensus and solidarity among the people, cohesion and solidarity in the residential area, and is a bright spot for replication in other neighborhoods in the entire ward. For example, Trieu Khe area mobilized people to donate to renovate and embellish the historical and cultural relic of Trieu Khe communal house for over 6.5 billion VND; donated nearly 300m2 of land, mobilized over 1,000 working days to participate in building a crescent lake and fence for households donating land to widen the road. Dong Tan area, people participated in donating land, dismantling architectural objects and contributing to the construction of drainage ditches... over 80 million VND and mobilized over 700 million VND to upgrade and renovate Dong Tan parish church. Doan Xa 1 and 2 areas mobilized over 600 million VND to complete the interior and mobilized people to donate over 1,500m2 of land, mobilized nearly 350 million VND to build a parking lot, combined with a playground in front of the ward cultural center. 100% of neighborhoods mobilize resources to invest in installing lighting systems, volleyball courts, and effectively exploit cultural house facilities.
