Kinhtedothi - On March 14, 2025, the 19th Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council, term 2021-2026, held the 25th session to resolve urgent work at the request of the Provincial People's Committee.
Attending the meeting were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Dang Quoc Toan; Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Quoc Chinh; Pham Dinh Nghi, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial People's Council, leaders of the Provincial People's Committee, Standing Committee of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; delegates of the 19th Provincial People's Council and leaders of relevant departments, branches and sectors.
At the meeting, the Provincial People's Council considered and decided to approve important contents in the fields of finance, public investment and land.
Immediately after the opening ceremony, the Provincial People's Council listened to the leaders of the Department of Finance and the Department of Agriculture and Environment present reports in the fields of finance, public investment, and land; the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council reported on the verification of the contents submitted to the meeting.
On the basis of reviewing and discussing the submissions of the Provincial People's Committee; the appraisal report of the Economic - Budget Committee of the Provincial People's Council; based on the provisions of current laws, the Provincial People's Council has objectively and comprehensively assessed and unanimously passed 5 resolutions, including: Resolution to abolish Resolution No. 131/2023/NQ-HDND dated December 9, 2023 of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council regulating the land price adjustment coefficient in 2024 in Nam Dinh province; partially abolishing Resolution No. 60/2024/NQ-HDND dated July 11, 2024 of the Nam Dinh Provincial People's Council amending and supplementing a number of appendices issued with the resolutions approving the adjusted land price list and land price adjustment coefficient in Nam Dinh province.
The Resolution stipulates preferential regime of land rent exemption for projects using land for production and business purposes in investment incentive sectors and occupations or in investment incentive areas, while meeting the conditions of type, scale criteria, socialization standards or non-profit projects in Nam Dinh province.
Resolution on deciding on investment policy for the project to upgrade the irrigation system of Nam Dinh province to adapt to climate change.
Resolution on the proposal to approve the addition and adjustment of the list of land acquisition projects and works in 2025 in Nam Dinh province.
Resolution on approving the addition of the list of works and projects to convert rice-growing land use to other purposes in 2025 in Nam Dinh province.
Speaking at the closing session, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council Le Quoc Chinh emphasized: the contents considered and decided at the session are an important legal basis for all levels and sectors to effectively implement, meeting the requirements of socio-economic development in the province.
