Each great achievement of Hanoi in the past 70 years is a vivid image of the "unanimity, unanimity, and contribution" of the Central Committee and localities throughout the country for Hanoi so that the Capital becomes increasingly "peaceful, joyful and prosperous" as Uncle Ho once instructed.
