After nearly 10 years of implementing Directive No. 40-CT/TW of the Secretariat, nearly 3 years of implementing Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW of the Secretariat, social policy credit activities in Ha Nam province have had many positive changes.
The Party's Directive has been widely implemented, creating strong and positive impacts; changing the awareness of local Party committees and authorities about the position and role of social policy credit.

With the participation of the entire political system, in the period of 2015-2024 (until June 30, 2024), the Ha Nam branch of the Social Policy Bank has disbursed VND 7,325 billion to more than 194 thousand poor households and policy beneficiaries.
The above capital has contributed to helping more than 30 thousand households overcome the poverty line; creating jobs for more than 21 thousand workers; helping more than 14 thousand students in difficult circumstances to borrow capital to study at universities, colleges and vocational high schools; 1,964 students were able to borrow capital to buy computers and equipment to meet the conditions for online learning; contributing to the construction and renovation of more than 162 thousand clean water works and sanitation works; supporting the construction and renovation of 1,408 houses for poor households, meritorious people, cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers and low-income people; supporting 49 businesses to borrow capital to pay for work stoppages and production recovery salaries for 5,349 workers; 28 non-public preschools and primary schools were able to borrow capital to purchase equipment, etc.

Speaking at the conference, comrade Duong Quyet Thang - Member of the Board of Directors, General Director of the Bank for Social Policies emphasized that the results achieved over 10 years of implementing Directive No. 40-CT/TW in Ha Nam province have affirmed the attention of the leadership and direction in a correct, appropriate, practical and breakthrough manner to organize and implement social policy credit, thereby receiving the consensus and support of all levels, sectors and all classes of people, contributing to the effective implementation of important policies, goals and tasks set forth by the Party and the State.
To continue to promote and effectively implement Directive No. 40-CT/TW and Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW of the Secretariat in the coming time, Comrade Dinh Thi Lua, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Ha Nam Provincial Party Committee, requested: Party committees, party organizations, authorities, the Fatherland Front, and socio-political organizations at all levels to focus on implementing well a number of tasks and solutions such as continuing to thoroughly grasp the contents of Directive 40 and Conclusion No. 06-KL/TW, raising awareness of cadres, party members and people about the position and role of social policy credit to link economic growth with social progress and equity, ensuring social security and sustainable poverty reduction.

Party committees and authorities at all levels need to identify social policy credit work as one of the key tasks in the 5-year socio-economic development period 2021-2025 and the 10-year socio-economic development strategy 2021-2030, contributing to the successful implementation of the Resolution of the 20th Provincial Party Congress for the 2020-2025 term.
The Provincial Social Policy Bank continues to effectively implement the organizational model and management method of special social policy credit; proactively mobilize capital; manage and use capital effectively. Proactively advise relevant departments and branches, research and propose special preferential credit policies of the province suitable for each period.
On this occasion, the Social Policy Bank Trade Union donated 1 billion VND to Ha Nam province to support the program of building solidarity houses for the poor in the province.
