On March 27, the City People's Committee issued the following Decisions: No. 1752/QD-UBND on allocating land in Kim No commune, Dong Anh district to Dong Anh district People's Committee to implement the project of building technical infrastructure for the land use rights auction area at point X5 of Bac village; Decision No. 1753/QD-UBND on allocating land in Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district to Dong Anh district People's Committee to implement the project of building Hau Duong village Primary School; Decision No. 1756/QD-UBND on allocating land to Thanh Tri district People's Committee to implement the project of Renovation, expansion and embellishment of the cemetery grounds of Huynh Cung village, Tam Hiep commune, Thanh Tri district; Decision No. 1765/QD-UBND on allocating land to Thanh Tri district People's Committee to implement the project of Upgrading Huu Hoa Secondary School, Thanh Tri district; Decision No. 1764/QD-UBND on land allocation in Ngoc Thuy ward, Thuong Thanh ward, Long Bien district to Long Bien District People's Committee to implement the project of Construction of park and lake at planning block A.3/CXKO, Ngoc Thuy ward, Thuong Thanh, Long Bien district.

Specifically: In Decision No. 1752/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned to the Dong Anh District People's Committee ^14,794.4m2 in Kim No Commune, Dong Anh District to implement the technical infrastructure construction project at point X5, Bac village to auction land use rights.

Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site; Organize the implementation of technical infrastructure construction according to the approved investment project to ensure the overall planning, synchronous connection of technical infrastructure, regional infrastructure. Dong Anh District People's Committee is responsible for preparing and approving the Master Plan Drawing to ensure no interleaved land area, economical and effective use of land, use of land for the right purpose, boundary, and area specified above; implement the investment project according to the provisions of law...

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining the boundary and handing over the land on the field to the People's Committee of Dong Anh district; the Hanoi Land Registration Office updates the land use rights registration, performs the procedures for registering changes, and corrects land changes in the cadastral records according to regulations.

In Decision No. 1753/QD-UBND, the City People's Committee assigned 17,891.1m2 ^of land in Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district to the Dong Anh district People's Committee to build Hau Duong village Primary School, Kim Chung commune, Dong Anh district.

Of the total 17,891.1m2 ^of land, 12,832m2 ^of land is used to build Hau Duong Primary School, Kim Chung Commune; ^5,059.1m2 is land for traffic and connecting technical infrastructure; the State allocates land without collecting land use fees.

The Department of Agriculture and Environment is responsible for determining boundaries and handing over land on the field; issuing Certificates of land use rights and ownership of assets attached to land and handing over Certificates to land users according to regulations.

Thanh Tri District People's Committee is responsible for contacting the Department of Agriculture and Environment to receive land handover on site and issue Certificates of land use rights and property ownership rights attached to land according to regulations; Use land for the correct purpose, boundary, assigned area and implement investment projects in accordance with the provisions of law on land, public investment, construction, planning, and environment.
