Great Place to Work® has just announced 25 companies in the Best Workplaces™ in Vietnam 2024 Ranking. This year's ranking is the result of data analysis from survey responses of 125,000 anonymous employees, representing the voices of 135,000 employees at businesses in Vietnam.

The GPTW's 2024 theme is "Great Is Possible", awarded to 25 companies that demonstrate distinction, measured by 85% of the employee trust survey results and 15% of the company's commitment to developing the workplace strategy. 60 graded questions and 2 open-ended questions assessing the working environment were sent to employees, along with 6 essay questions for business leaders on human resource development strategies. Among them, Schneider Electric was honored for the first time with the "Best Workplaces in Vietnam" award in 2024, the 4th time being certified as Great Place To Work.

Ms. Cap Thi Minh Trang, Director of Human Resources, Schneider Electric Vietnam & Cambodia shared: "The Best Workplaces 2024 award demonstrates our commitment to creating an open, diverse and inclusive working environment. At the same time, the title will continue to inspire us to create sustainable impacts, prioritizing employee satisfaction and success in every decision we make."

The award recognizes Schneider Electric Vietnam's continuous efforts to develop the working environment over the years, based on 3 solid pillars - Meaningful Work, Diversity and Inclusion, and Empowerment. According to Schneider Electric's research, the 5 major trends that directly impact the future workplace include: AI and Digitalization, Sustainability, Carbon Neutrality, New Careers, and Population Aging. Therefore, the development strategy of "Culture-Led & Skill-first" has helped businesses quickly adapt to the 5 new trends in the workplace.
