On the morning of December 1, the 28th "Back to the Source" Cycling Race in 2024 officially kicked off with more than 230 athletes from 20 delegations from localities and units across the province and freelance athletes.

Athletes compete in individual and team events for men and women with two systems of amateur and student competitions. This year's race has a route of 37 km, starting from the central square of Cu M'gar district to the Ea M'droh communal cultural house, Ea M'droh commune.
The Organizing Committee awarded the entire delegation.
At the end of the tournament, the Organizing Committee awarded the First Prize to Cu M'gar District, the Second Prize to Ea Kar District, and the Third Prize to Krong Nang District.
The 29th "Back to the Source" cycling race of Dak Lak province in 2025 will be held in Krong Nang district.
The 2024 "Return to the Source" cycling race is jointly organized by the Provincial Youth Union, the Department of Culture - Sports and Tourism, the Department of Education and Training, and the People's Committee of Cu M'gar district. Through the "Return to the Source" cycling race, it aims to promote the movement of physical exercise and sports among the people, promote the spirit of solidarity, create conditions for athletes to exchange and learn, exchange experiences, contribute to improving health for work, study, production, and actively respond to the campaign "All people exercise following the example of great Uncle Ho". At the same time, promote the spirit of volunteering to carry out the movements "Repaying gratitude", "When drinking water, remember the source", thereby strengthening the work of traditional education with practical and specific tasks towards remote areas, areas with many difficulties and revolutionary bases.
