Gia Lam: Fire breaks out at plastic warehouse next to gas station at night

Previously, at around 0:10 on March 26, a large fire broke out at a warehouse in Dong Du commune, Gia Lam district (Hanoi). The fire created a large, spreading fire circle. Worryingly, the fire was about 300m from a gas station.

At the time of the fire, strong winds caused the fire to spread. The fire engulfed an area.

Upon receiving the news, the Hanoi City Police Command Center dispatched 5 fire trucks from the fire prevention, fighting and rescue force of Gia Lam district and neighboring areas to the scene to put out the fire.

At about 1:00 a.m. on March 26, the fire was basically under control.

According to initial information, the fire originated from a plastic warehouse and was difficult to control. Thanks to the efforts of the authorities, the fire did not spread outside and did not cause any human casualties.

Currently, the fire brigade is still spraying to reduce pressure and organizing on-duty to prevent the fire from breaking out again.
