As one of the countries with a vibrant real estate economy, Vietnam has also participated in the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards Ceremony for 4 years with projects of the Urban Builder - Gamuda Land including: Yen So Park - "Nature Conservation & Improvement" category in 2018, Celadon City - Master Plan category in 2019, Gamuda City - Master Plan category in 2020, ; recently, Celadon Sports & Resort Club (Celadon Sports Club in Celadon City urban area) was honored in the "Purpose Building" category within the framework of the FIABCI World Prix d'Excellence Awards Ceremony 2023.
Celadon City is an inspiring story of the Vietnamese real estate market in general; of the vision, efforts and creativity of Gamuda Land in particular.
