At the Vietnam PropertyGuru Award 2024 event, Gamuda Land Vietnam received 13 prestigious awards, including: Developer of Decade, Best Developer, for the Gamuda Land Vietnam brand and 11 other awards for projects developed by Gamuda Land Vietnam, The Meadow and Eaton Park.
Speaking at the award ceremony, Mr. Angus Liew Bing Fooi - Chairman of Gamuda Land Vietnam - said: "We are very proud to be voted as the Outstanding Real Estate Developer of the Decade. Receiving 13 awards from the Organizing Committee of Vietnam PropertyGuru Awards 2024 today is a valuable testament to the efforts of Gamuda Land Vietnam".
Affirmation from outstanding achievements
Entering the Vietnamese market in 2007, Gamuda Land is currently developing two major projects, Gamuda City in Hoang Mai, Hanoi and Celadon City in Tan Phu, Ho Chi Minh City. Although the real estate market faces many difficulties, 2023 is still a successful year for Gamuda Land Vietnam when it starts two important projects, Artisan Park in Binh Duong and The Meadow in Binh Chanh.
In 2024, Gamuda Land will continue to develop Eaton Park, a high-end apartment project in the East of Ho Chi Minh City. In October, Elysian was also started, adding an important project to Gamuda Land's real estate ecosystem in the Vietnamese market.

Most recently, Gamuda Land received the "Malaysia's Leading Property Developer" award and the "Best Quality Property" award for the second consecutive year at The Edge Malaysia Property Excellence Awards (TEPEA) 2024 organized by The Edge Malaysia.
