Tourist attractions are ready to welcome visitors
Famous nationwide for its fruitful grape gardens, with a total planting area of over 1,000 hectares in the province, in recent years, people in grape growing areas in the province such as Thai An (Ninh Hai), Nhon Son (Ninh Son), Phuoc Thuan (Ninh Phuoc) have effectively combined the development of this specialty fruit with the garden tour model. To prepare to welcome visitors during the April 30 and May 1 holidays, gardeners have stocked up on grape products and taken care of the garden to create quality, safe fruit products for health. Mr. Nguyen Dinh Tri, owner of Tri Ha grape garden - a free vineyard tour spot in Dac Nhon village, Nhon Son commune (Ninh Son), said: Currently, the garden has 4 sao of ripe grapes for harvesting, the selling price at the garden ranges from 80,000-220,000 VND/kg (depending on the type). To attract tourists, in addition to the traditional red and green grapes, I also planted new grape varieties such as black fingers, milk grapes (peony), Japanese pink grapes, and all fresh grape products in the garden have met the 3-star OCOP standard. Along with that, I also intercropped and inter-residenti planted 2 more sao of apples to diversify the variety of fruits, attracting tourists when visiting the garden; at the same time, I decorated the garden, made a cool house for visitors to rest and eat.

Located on Route 702, Thai An grape village, Vinh Hai commune (Ninh Hai) is considered an ideal stop for tourists to enjoy sightseeing in the vast, ripe red grape gardens. Comrade Nguyen Viet Kinh Luan, Vice Chairman of Vinh Hai Commune People's Committee, said: Currently, the commune has more than 180 hectares of grape growing area, during the grape ripening season, the locality attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists to visit. To meet the needs of serving tourists visiting the vineyards, the district has opened short-term training courses for households on guest reception skills, how to arrange and organize various types of services for tourists; at the same time, signs have been installed along Route 702 to guide tourists to visit Thai An grape farms.

Along with that, to prepare to welcome tourists during this holiday, service businesses at coastal tourist destinations such as Vinh Hy, Ninh Chu; Bau Truc and My Nghiep pottery villages; Cham tower relic sites; natural streams and waterfalls in Ninh Son and Bac Ai districts are also busy renovating and refurbishing facilities, renewing service forms, ready to welcome tourists. At Suoi Thuong tourist area, La Vang village, Quang Son commune - one of the quite attractive and ideal tourist destinations of Ninh Son district, at this time, tourism service businesses here are also preparing for the peak tourist season. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hong An, owner of a restaurant in Suoi Thuong, Quang Son commune, said: To attract tourists, our business has renovated the landscape and environment; built miniatures for check-in; repaired rooms to serve guests if they want to stay. In addition, the restaurant has also stocked a large amount of local specialties such as hill chicken and catfish, stream eel raised in the home pond to put on the menu, meeting the on-site culinary needs of tourists. In particular, we have actively promoted and exploited social networks to introduce Suoi Thuong tourist area, contributing to attracting tourists to visit and experience.
Number of visitors increased sharply
Currently, the province has 212 tourist accommodation establishments, with 4,686 rooms, over 50% of which are 3-star or higher; along with hundreds of large and small restaurants that can serve 100 guests. According to forecasts, on the occasion of April 30 and May 1 this year, the number of visitors to the province will increase thanks to factors such as: The holiday is extended; the Cam Lam - Vinh Hao expressway is put into operation, shortening travel time from Ho Chi Minh City, creating advantages for tourists from the Southern, Southeast, Lam Dong, and Khanh Hoa provinces to conveniently come to the province; a series of cultural, artistic, and interesting experiences are being implemented throughout the province. Along with that, accommodation establishments and restaurants are stepping up communication and promotion activities, so the number of guests booking accommodation and food services is gradually "heating up".
For accommodation establishments, especially those located along the coast and in the city center, almost all rooms have been booked by tourists since 1 month ago, estimated at 70-85% of room capacity. The establishments have focused on renovating facilities, decorating spaces, upgrading services, implementing many attractive promotions, and unique tourism products... Ms. Nguyen Thi Thuy Trinh, Deputy Director of Operations of Hoan My Resort (Phan Rang - Thap Cham City) said: The resort has an area of 3 hectares, with 152 rooms in the hotel and villa blocks, designed in a modern and harmonious way with green space; entertainment services include restaurants, spas, swimming pools facing the sea... As of April 23, the number of guests booking rooms reached 81%, an increase compared to the previous holiday. In order to welcome tourists attentively, the unit has also prepared well from the stage of guests contacting to book rooms; renovating the landscape, cleaning the landscape, environment and rooms. In addition, the resort's restaurant has added many local specialties to the menu to meet the on-site culinary needs of visitors; built an outdoor BBQ buffet program in the evening for April 27, 28 and 29; guided and introduced visitors to participate in cultural and artistic programs held in the city center, including the walking street.

Mr. Pham Minh Quoc, representative of Amanoi Resort said: In addition to the service activities at the resort, we also increase cultural and culinary experiences; enjoy the natural landscape of the locality such as: Learning about Cham culture and cuisine, cycling around Thai An grape village, participating in trekking tours at Nui Chua National Park, taking a boat to see Vinh Hy bay, and participating in sea sports activities...
Not only in the high-end hotel segment, accommodation facilities and homestays in famous tourist destinations such as Vinh Hy, Ca Na, and Phuoc Binh also recorded over 70% of pre-booked rooms and are expected to be fully booked on April 29 and 30.
Along with accommodation establishments, many restaurants in the province are also rushing to prepare in stages such as: Selecting safe food sources; recruiting more chefs and service staff; increasing and adding dishes to the menu. Ms. Nguyen Thi Xuan Nhi, owner of May's Food restaurant (Phan Rang - Thap Cham city) said: It is expected that during the holiday, the number of guests coming to the restaurant will increase 2-3 times compared to normal days, estimated at about 300-400 guests. Therefore, we have been preparing to welcome guests during this peak season early. In addition to cleaning and decorating, arranging a clean, airy space, spacious parking lot, children's play area, we focus on choosing fresh, clean food suppliers, ensuring food hygiene and safety and prioritize putting on the menu typical dishes of the province such as: Wild boar grilled in bamboo tubes, goat dishes, lamb, chicken trays... thereby creating a good impression of the restaurant's cuisine in particular and the province in general.
