The Bac Cuong Apartment Project (commercial name Danang Gold Tower) invested by Cuong Thinh Phat Land Joint Stock Company is eligible to sell 112 commercial housing apartments to be formed in the future.

Bac Cuong Apartment Project is currently under construction (foundation and basement).

The Department of Construction of Da Nang City has just announced that future housing is eligible for sale at the Bac Cuong Tower Apartment Project of Cuong Thinh Phat Land Joint Stock Company.

The Department of Construction said that, according to the documents provided by the investor, 112 future commercial housing apartments at the Bac Cuong Apartment Project are eligible for sale according to the provisions of Clause 1, Article 55, Law on Real Estate Business and Point b, Clause 2, Article 19, Decree No. 99/2015/ND-CP of the Government.

However, the Department of Construction also mentioned that in case after the Department issues the above notice but the investor does not sell but mortgages the house, the sale of this house after mortgage can only be carried out when all conditions are met and there is a notice from the Department of Construction according to regulations.

In addition, the Department of Construction also requires Cuong Thinh Phat Land Joint Stock Company to mobilize capital and use the mobilized capital for the right purpose of housing construction; before selling future housing, the investor must have a commercial bank with sufficient capacity to guarantee the investor's financial obligations to customers when the investor fails to hand over the housing according to the schedule committed to customers.

“Conduct real estate business in accordance with the law on housing and real estate business. The investor is fully responsible before the law in case of violations in project investment and construction and real estate business at the project,” the Department of Construction of Da Nang City requested.

According to the legal documents provided by the investor, the Project was approved by the People's Committee of Da Nang City in principle for investment and the investor on September 30, 2022; the People's Committee of Hai Chau District approved the detailed planning at a scale of 1/500 of the Apartment Building combined with offices on plot No. 248, map sheet No. 15, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward on December 23, 2022.

According to the investment policy decision, the project's designed capacity is 112 apartments, with a scale of 2 basements, 20 upper floors and 1 technical attic on a land area of ​​1,709.7 m2. The total investment capital of the project is 510.7 billion VND.

Bac Cuong Apartment Project is located at 40A Xo Viet Nghe Tinh Street, Hoa Cuong Nam Ward, Hai Chau District. The project's operating period is 50 years from the date of approval of the project investment policy. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The Bac Cuong Apartment Project currently has the commercial name Danang Gold Tower, distributed by Dat Xanh Mien Trung. On the project's website (address https://dananggoldtower.com.vn/), the apartment product has 2-bedroom (area 76 m2) and 3-bedroom (area 112 m2). Here, the project is advertised that in the fourth quarter of 2024, the apartment will be handed over with a selling price of 50 million VND/m2.
