The land auction market in Dong Ha City continued to "warm up" in the land use rights auction organized by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the Central Joint Stock Auction Company this morning, March 23, 2024. 27 land lots in the Nam Dong Ha Urban Area were successfully auctioned for land use rights with a rate exceeding the starting price by nearly 37%.

In this auction of land use rights, there are 27 land lots managed by the Provincial Land Fund Development Center, including 25 land lots in the Nam Dong Ha Urban Area Phase 3, the remaining 2 lots in the Nam Dong Ha Urban Area. According to the land use rights auction organizer, this time there were 176 customers registered to participate in the land use rights auction with 306 records, the organizer conducted a vote count with 304 registrations at the auction.

As a result, 27 lots were successfully auctioned with a total amount of more than 35.4 billion VND, exceeding the starting price by nearly 9.5 billion VND. Notably, the rate of exceeding the starting price was nearly 37%, much higher than the first land use rights auction on March 16, 2022.

It is known that on March 30, 2024, the Provincial Land Fund Development Center in coordination with the Central Joint Stock Auction Company continued to organize the 3rd auction of the month with 17 land lots, of which 8 lots belong to the Bac Song Hieu Urban Area, 7 land lots on Tran Binh Trong Street, the remaining 2 lots on Tran Hung Dao Street (Fidel Park section) and Dai Co Viet Street, starting price from 781 million/lot.
