TH Milk Food Joint Stock Company (THMF) under TH Group is known as the leading producer of clean fresh milk in Vietnam with the national brand TH true Milk.

THMF is the main company operating the Project “High-tech concentrated dairy farming and milk processing”. The project was implemented since October 2009, with a total investment of 1.2 billion USD in Nghe An province.
With the mindset of using Vietnamese natural resources, Vietnamese intelligence and the most modern terminal technology in the world, the company has applied high technology on a large scale in all stages of the closed process from green pastures to clean glasses of milk to overcome obstacles, bringing outstanding economic efficiency.
Currently, the Project has a herd of nearly 70,000 dairy cows, accounting for more than 1/6 of the total dairy herd in the country. The company's dairy farm cluster in Nghe An set a record for the world's largest concentrated dairy farm in 2020. THMF is making an important contribution to expanding the Dairy Project to many provinces and cities, including: Ha Giang, Cao Bang, Thanh Hoa, Phu Yen, Kon Tum, An Giang and internationally (Russian Federation).
To date, the company has created jobs for 1,800 direct workers (out of a total of nearly 5,000 workers in the entire Project) and tens of thousands of indirect workers.
The company pays taxes in full, conducts annual audits, and complies with production and business regulations. The lives of officers and employees are fully taken care of. The Party and mass organizations are always clean and strong. The Company's Party Committee from 2013 to 2023 was classified as having completed its tasks well, with 100% of Party members qualified to complete their tasks or better.
The company actively contributes to the development of production standards and regulations, promoting transparency in the milk market for the benefit of consumers and public health, creating a revolution in the Vietnamese dairy industry, protecting domestic production, limiting the import of milk powder from abroad and changing consumer habits. The company has been developing in the direction of "cherishing Mother Nature", becoming a model of green economy, knowledge economy, and circular economy on the foundation of sustainable development in Vietnam.

Thanks to the company's participation, the proportion of fresh milk in Vietnam has increased rapidly. In the fresh milk industry segment, the company has continuously recorded growth, reaching 45% of the urban retail market share in 2023, introducing nearly 200 lines of healthy milk and beverage products to the market, leading the trend of healthy food/beverage in the country and region.
“For true happiness”
With the core value of "For true happiness", in the past 10 years, the Company has devoted resources of more than 100 billion VND (out of a total of nearly 500 billion VND of the entire Milk Project and TH Group) to contribute to charity and social security programs.
Accompanying the implementation of the tasks of the Vietnam Veterans Association, over the past 15 years, the Company and TH Group have spent more than 300 billion VND to carry out gratitude activities, notably accompanying the Campaign to collect and introduce "Resistance relics"; building hundreds of gratitude houses to give to families of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the revolution, families of veterans in difficult circumstances in Nghe An and some provinces and cities; giving gifts, expressing gratitude to families/children of policy beneficiaries, people with meritorious services to the Vietnam revolution, former members of the Youth Volunteer Association, supporting Vietnamese Heroic Mothers (of which Nghe An alone is supporting 10 Vietnamese Heroic Mothers); supporting costs and products for the activities of the Association for Victims of Agent Orange.
Bringing veteran farmers into a closed high-tech production chain creates livelihoods, develops the economy, increases income, helps veteran farmers get rich from their homeland land, and develops sustainably.
Every year, on holidays, Tet and the occasion of War Invalids and Martyrs Day, the gratitude houses and gifts from the Company and TH Group show gratitude to heroic martyrs, wounded soldiers, sick soldiers, and families with meritorious services to the revolution in many localities across the country, contributing to the effective implementation of the movement "Repaying gratitude", further beautifying the beautiful tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source" of the nation.

Responding to the call of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front, the Company and TH Group through the Fund for Vietnamese Stature have had many outstanding activities.
Typically, accompanying and supporting with a total value of 108 billion VND for anti-Covid-19 activities; granting scholarships for talent support programs, programs "Lighting up dreams", "Lighting up knowledge in the highlands", "Waves and computers for children"; building schools, civil works; giving gifts, giving fresh milk products, taking care of nutrition for orphans, disabled children, children in remote areas.
Along with that are activities with many widespread imprints such as: accompanying the Red Sunday Program - Voluntary Blood Donation for 10 consecutive years; supporting natural disaster and flood relief activities; giving gifts to poor families nationwide in the program "Wrapping green banh chung with the poor for Tet"; "Tet for the poor"; "Joining hands for the poor"; "Humanitarian strength", "Tet for the poor and victims of Agent Orange", "Humanitarian month"...; accompanying and supporting programs to build charity houses nationwide with a budget of hundreds of billions of VND; contributing to the state budget and ensuring social security.
