On the afternoon of March 1, at the Eastern Cultural Center (Hai Duong City), the Agribank Party Committee, Hai Duong Province Branch, held the 10th Congress of Delegates for the 2025-2030 term. This is a model congress of the grassroots Party Committee of the Agribank Party Committee.
Comrades: Le Van Hieu, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, Secretary of the Party Committee of the Provincial Party Agencies; Pham Toan Vuong, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee in charge of the Party Committee, member of the Board of Members, General Director of Agribank; Nguyen Hong Son, Standing Committee Member, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Organization Board, and 137 official delegates were summoned to represent 396 Party members of the Agribank Party Committee, Hai Duong branch to attend the congress.
According to the political report, in the 2020 - 2025 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch has strived to overcome all difficulties and successfully completed the Resolution of the 9th Party Congress.
The Party Committee has successfully completed 4/4 targets of Party building work. The Party Committee has been classified as having successfully completed its tasks for 5 consecutive years.
Completed the target of party member development work, admitted 105 new party members during the term.
The branch's business activities have achieved many very positive results. The average growth rate of total capital reached 11%/year, exceeding the resolution target by 3.1%. Total outstanding loans grew by an average of 1,914 billion VND/year, exceeding 2.9%.
In the 2025 - 2030 term, the Party Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch continues to lead and direct the effective implementation of key tasks; strives to complete the tasks well or better, and at least 80% of the subordinate Party cells complete the tasks well or better. Every year, the number of Party members who complete their tasks well reaches at least 80%. Strive to admit at least 75 new Party members during the entire term.
The Party Committee directs the bank to promote capital mobilization; increase credit lending to key economic sectors, sectors, and programs of the province, meeting diverse needs of customers; develop many new products and services. Strive for an average capital growth of 8-11%/year, average outstanding loans growth of 7-11%/year...
Play a leading and key role in the rural credit financial market; always accompany people and customers to overcome difficulties according to the orientation of the Government, the State Bank and Agribank, actively contribute to the implementation of Agribank's common goals, contributing to the completion of socio-economic development goals in the province.
The Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Agribank, Hai Duong branch, term X, 2025 - 2030, elected a new Executive Committee, consisting of 7 comrades; elected a delegation to attend the Congress of Delegates of the Party Committee of Agribank, term XI, 2025 - 2030.
At the first meeting of the Party Executive Committee of Agribank Hai Duong branch, comrade Phung Tuan Kiet, Party Committee Secretary for the 2020-2025 term, Branch Director was re-elected as Party Committee Secretary for the 2025-2030 term.
