On the morning of November 7, the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee held a conference to announce the decision of the Provincial Party Standing Committee on personnel work. Comrade Doan Minh Huan, member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee attended and directed the conference.
Also attending were members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee: Tong Quang Thin, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Bui Hoang Ha, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Do Viet Anh, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and members of the Provincial Party Executive Committee, Party Delegation, and Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the province for the 2019-2024 term.
At the conference, the representative of the Provincial Party Committee's Organizing Committee announced the decision of the Provincial Party Committee's Standing Committee on transferring comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council to hold the position of Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term, and appointing him to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Delegation of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee from November 7, 2023.
Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Doan Minh Huan affirmed: The assignment and appointment of Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha to hold the position of Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term is an important milestone in the process of working, striving and growing of the comrade; at the same time, it demonstrates the trust of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee.
Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha is a well-trained leader who has held key leadership positions in many agencies and units in many different fields. Through that, he has demonstrated his mettle, qualifications, capacity, responsibility, and political qualities, received the trust of the collective unit where he worked, and was assessed by competent authorities as having completed well and excellently the assigned tasks.
The Provincial Party Secretary emphasized: The Fatherland Front has a particularly important position in the political system of Vietnam. Therefore, in the coming time, he requested that Comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha actively study, practice, quickly approach and grasp the characteristics, functions and tasks of the new field of work; promote qualities, capacities and qualities, together with the Party Committee and the Standing Committee of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to lead, direct and comprehensively and effectively implement all tasks.
It is necessary to focus on gathering, building and promoting the strength of the great national unity bloc, social supervision and criticism, protecting the legitimate and legal rights and interests of the people, actively participating in Party and government building; focusing on directing the preparation and successful organization of the Congress of the Vietnam Fatherland Front at all levels for the 2024-2029 term.
We request that the Party Committee members, the Standing Committee, and the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee members of the province pay attention, help, coordinate, and create conditions for comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha to continue to strive and excellently complete the assigned tasks.
On this occasion, the Provincial Party Secretary presented flowers and congratulated comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha on his new position.
Speaking at the ceremony, comrade Nguyen Hoang Ha, the new Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, sincerely thanked the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee for their attention, trust, and assignment of tasks; the trust and high consensus of the members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee. At the same time, he thanked the comrades in the Party Delegation, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, the Provincial People's Council Committees... for their support and favorable conditions for him to perform his duties as Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Seriously accepting the direction and assignment of the Provincial Party Secretary, he affirmed: In his new position, he will constantly strive to study, practice, and absorb the experiences of previous generations.
At the same time, we hope to continue to receive the attention, leadership, direction and facilitation of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Standing Committee in the coming time; the close and effective coordination of relevant units, the support and consensus of member organizations, the practical assistance of comrades in the Standing Committee and members of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, together with the collective of civil servants, public employees and workers in the agency to complete all assigned tasks.
At the conference, leaders of the Provincial People's Council, Provincial People's Committee, leaders of departments, branches and sectors of the province presented flowers and congratulated the new Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee for the 2019-2024 term.
