Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Bui Van Khanh has just signed and issued Official Dispatch No. 231/UBND-THNV on urging the implementation of key tasks after the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday.
Implementing the direction of the Prime Minister in Directive No. 06/CT-TTg dated February 15, 2024 on urging the implementation of key tasks after the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday.
In order to successfully carry out the tasks assigned by the Government and the Prime Minister in 2024; Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress, Resolution of the 17th Provincial Party Congress, Resolution No. 01/NQ-CP dated January 5, 2024 of the Government; Resolution No. 02/NQ-CP dated January 5, 2024 of the Government, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee requests Directors of departments, Heads of branches, sectors, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities to seriously implement the following contents:
- Based on the assigned functions and tasks, proactively review, advise and propose to the Provincial People's Committee to deploy tasks according to the direction of the Prime Minister in the above Directive; periodically evaluate and report the results of the implementation of tasks to the Department of Planning and Investment for synthesis and reporting to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee.
- Resolutely and synchronously implement solutions, seriously and effectively organize the implementation of assigned tasks in Directive No. 01/CT-UBND dated January 12, 2024 on key tasks and solutions to direct and implement the Socio-Economic Development Plan and State budget estimates for 2024; specify the action themes of your sector and locality; closely monitor the practical situation, strengthen inspection, urging, and promptly handle arising issues; continue to innovate thinking, new management and operation methods with specific actions, striving to achieve better results than in 2023.
- Continue to thoroughly implement the direction of the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee in Official Dispatch No. 192/UBND-THNV dated February 6, 2024 on urging the implementation of tasks before, during and after the 2024 Lunar New Year holiday.
Directors of departments, heads of sectors and branches, Chairmen of People's Committees of districts and cities are responsible to the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee for the implementation of the above contents...
It is known that in Official Dispatch No. 192/UBND-THNV, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee directed a number of important tasks: Continue to effectively implement tasks and solutions according to the Socio-Economic Recovery and Development Program; 3 National Target Programs. Focus on removing difficulties and obstacles for production and business activities in all fields; promote the progress of implementing large, important projects with high spillover effects, contributing positively to the development of the industry, sector and the province.
Focus on promoting digital transformation, especially implementing Project 06 of the Government to ensure the right roadmap and progress; promote administrative procedure reform, especially cutting regulations related to business activities, decentralizing administrative procedure settlement, and simplifying administrative procedures.
Functional departments and branches focus on directing to take advantage of favorable weather to boost agricultural and forestry production. Actively deploy solutions to remove difficulties for enterprises, boost production and business; urge to accelerate the implementation of key projects. Strictly manage market prices; prevent smuggling and trade fraud. Boost production and business, especially key industries right after Tet holiday.
