On January 8, the Trade Union of Nghi Son Economic Zone and Industrial Parks (KTNNS&CKCN) of Thanh Hoa province held a conference to summarize the movement of workers, civil servants, laborers and trade union activities in 2024 and deploy tasks for 2025.

With the motto of focusing on the grassroots, for the benefit of union members and workers, in 2024, the Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks implemented many practical programs and activities to care for, represent and protect the legitimate rights and interests of union members and workers. The Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa province negotiated and successfully signed collective labor agreements with 7 shoe manufacturing enterprises in Industrial Zones and Industrial Parks of Thanh Hoa province, with a total of nearly 65,000 workers benefiting. On the occasion of the Lunar New Year of Giap Thin and "Workers' Month", "Month of Action on Occupational Safety and Hygiene" in 2024, trade unions at all levels presented over 8,400 gifts with a total value of over 5.4 billion VND...
Implementing the program "Welfare for union members and workers", the KKTNS&CKCN Trade Union organized the signing of cooperation agreements with 3 partners, providing products and services with good quality and preferential prices compared to the market for union members and workers. As a result, over 81,000 union members and workers enjoyed benefits with an amount of nearly 702 million VND.

The patriotic emulation movements among workers, civil servants and laborers were effectively organized and implemented by trade unions at all levels, attracting a large number of cadres, union members and laborers to actively participate. The Trade Union of Industrial Zones and Industrial Zones expanded the 3V model (For workers - For trade union - For sustainable development of enterprises) in 3 units, expanded the model of pregnant women's and childcare clubs in 5 units with a large number of workers, continued to direct grassroots trade unions to review and complete activities at the model "Workers' Cultural Corner"...
The work of developing union members, establishing grassroots unions, and building strong union organizations has been directed and implemented with attention. During the year, the KKTNS&CKCN Trade Union has newly established 14/12 grassroots unions, reaching a rate of 116.8%; developing 8,755 new union members.
With outstanding results, in 2024, the Thanh Hoa Provincial Industrial Zones and Industrial Zones Trade Union was honored to receive the Third Class Labor Medal from the Prime Minister.
