The jackpot prize (Jackpot 1) of Vietlott's Power 6/55 product has reached over VND281 billion. Thus, in just 1 to 2 draws, Vietlott's jackpot prize will reach VND300 billion or higher. The "huge" prize is attracting people in Ho Chi Minh City to buy lottery tickets.

Mr. Le Manh Quan (living on Cach Mang Thang Tam Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City) said that he usually only buys 2-3 series of numbers for fun. However, when the Vietlott prize reached nearly 300 billion VND, he bought more series of numbers.
“ I bought 6 self-selection tickets, each with 5 series of numbers, for a total of 300,000 VND. It’s rare to get a big prize, so I invested more to hope for luck,” said Mr. Quan.
Mr. Ngo Van Sau (living on To Hien Thanh Street, District 10, Ho Chi Minh City) shared that he often buys 3-5 series of numbers, but about a week ago he bought 7-pack tickets (70,000 VND/ticket) and 8-pack tickets (280,000 VND/ticket) to increase his chances of winning the big prize.
“ I used my birthday and my wife and children’s birthday to participate in the prize for fun, who knows, we might be lucky enough to win nearly 300 billion VND. My friends also played a lot this time, so everyone was talking excitedly,” said Mr. Sau.

According to VTC News, people in Ho Chi Minh City are buying more lottery tickets in the hope of winning the "huge" prize of Vietlott this time. Many people have spent tens of millions, even hundreds of millions of VND to buy lottery tickets for luck.
A representative of Vietlott Ho Chi Minh City Branch said that in the past 2 weeks, the number of people buying Vietlott lottery tickets has increased sharply, especially tickets of the Power 6/55 product. This unit confirmed that dozens of 18-pack tickets (over 185 million VND/ticket) have been sold in the Ho Chi Minh City area.
In addition, the agents also sold a lot of 7, 8, 9…15-pack tickets. Revenue at some points of sale doubled compared to normal days.
A combo ticket is a combination of numbers chosen by the customer. For example, a combo ticket 7 will be a combination of 7 numbers. These 7 numbers will form 7 series of numbers (each series has 6 numbers) with the value of each ticket being 70,000 VND.
The 8, 9, 18-number tickets are also calculated similarly. The 18-number ticket is a combination of 18 numbers, or 18,564 series of numbers (each series has 6 numbers). Thus, to own a 18-number ticket, the player must spend 185,640,000 VND.
