ANTD.VN - On December 18, 2024, at the National Quality Award Ceremony - Asia-Pacific International Quality Award 2021-2023, the Ha Nam factory of FrieslandCampina Vietnam, the company that owns Dutch Lady milk, Yomost, Friso, Fristi..., was honored to be one of 19 enterprises receiving the National Quality Gold Award for the type of large manufacturing enterprise in the 2021 appraisal list awarded by the Prime Minister thanks to its perseverance in creating positive values for sustainable development for the community and society.

This is a national quality award presented annually by the Prime Minister to enterprises with outstanding achievements in improving product and service quality, competitiveness and operational efficiency, integrating with the regional and global economy, and making positive contributions to the community and society. This award is established based on the criteria of the Malcolm Balrige Award (MBA) of the United States, which has been considered by many countries around the world as a standard model, aiming for excellence in production - business - service activities.
In 2021, 19 enterprises received the National Quality Gold Award and 42 enterprises received the National Quality Award; in 2022, there were a total of 49 enterprises; in 2023, there were 23 enterprises. To achieve the National Quality Gold Award, FrieslandCampina Ha Nam had to pass a set of 7 strict review criteria, including: Role of leadership; strategic planning; customer and market orientation; measurement, analysis and knowledge management; human resource management and development; management of operational processes and performance results.

In particular, this is the only factory in Asia licensed to produce and export Friso milk powder to foreign markets, achieving many international certifications for product quality.
