Speaking at the opening ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Thi - Permanent Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee, Head of the Provincial Tourism Development Steering Committee, affirmed that each country, territory, region or locality has its own culture and cuisine, containing the national soul.
Nowadays, along with the development of the tourism industry, culinary culture has become one of the factors that have great appeal to tourists and is an important tourism product. Through tourism, the culinary culture of each region has reached a large number of tourists.
“On the other hand, culinary cultural tourism guides tourists to experience the daily life and spirit, delicious dishes, food, and specialties associated with traditions and cultural identity. From there, tourists can immerse themselves in the most authentic way to better understand and love the life and people of the land they visit,” the Vice Chairman of Thanh Hoa Province shared.

At this year's festival, Lam Dong province organized a delegation to participate, chaired by the Center for Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion and accompanied by tourism and trade businesses in the province.
In particular, professional chefs from Lam Dong province directly performed and prepared dishes at the province's general booth, aiming to introduce the unique culinary culture as well as typical products of the land of flowers to the people and tourists. Creating opportunities for businesses to meet, exchange, connect and trade, and expand the market in the Northern region.
