On the morning of October 15, Inspection Team No. 1349 of the Politburo, led by Comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Inspection Team, inspected the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee on the leadership, direction, dissemination and implementation of the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress. Also working was Comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation.
Since the beginning of the term, the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee has directed the issuance of 7 resolutions, 6 directives, 10 programs, 22 plans, 2 projects, 7 guidelines, 37 decisions, 29 regulations,... and documents to concretize and implement the resolutions. The Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee issued 4 thematic resolutions to concretize the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and at the same time to strengthen the leadership role of the Party Committee in the 2020-2025 term.
The work of Party building and rectification has been strengthened, creating positive changes, with many new points: Completing regulations and rules; the role of the Standing Committee member of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee in charge of the grassroots level, the head of the grassroots level Party Committee has been clearly demonstrated, promptly advising the Standing Committee and the Executive Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee on leadership solutions, directing to remove difficulties; strengthening inspection, supervision and timely rectification of limitations and shortcomings in the process of leading and performing tasks. The ideology of cadres, party members and workers is always stable, consensual, and trusting in the leadership of the Party.
Since then, the production and business activities of the Coal industry have been maintained stably and have high growth; maintaining stable jobs for more than 70,000 workers in the province, with an average income of 15.76 million VND/person/month; annually contributing to the provincial budget from 14,100 to 16,300 billion VND...
During the inspection, members of the Inspection Team requested the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee to report and clarify the solutions in implementing the Action Program of the Coal Party Committee. The focus was on inspection and supervision; solutions in managing resources, mine waste; environmental restoration, digital transformation; results in caring for the lives, material and spiritual needs of workers, especially housing for workers.
Speaking at the inspection, comrade Dang Xuan Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial National Assembly Delegation, emphasized that the development of the coal industry has always gone hand in hand with the development of the province, with important contributions in performing the tasks of Party building, socio-economic development, culture, and social security in the province. Regarding the requirements and opinions of the inspection delegation, he requested the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee to seriously absorb and promote the achieved results, promptly overcome limitations, in order to complete the targets set out in the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels.
Concluding the inspection, comrade Nghiem Phu Cuong, Deputy Head of the Central Inspection Commission, Deputy Head of the Inspection Delegation, acknowledged the efforts and efforts to overcome difficulties of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee in implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels. Many indicators in Party building, production and business tasks, social security and culture have achieved important results, contributing to the development of the Vietnam National Coal - Mineral Industries Group and Quang Ninh province.
The comrade requested the Standing Committee of the Quang Ninh Coal Party Committee to study, adjust and develop a supplementary report according to the request of the inspection team. Of particular concern is the implementation of solutions in implementing the Action Program of the Quang Ninh Provincial Party Committee on implementing the Resolution of the 13th National Party Congress and the Resolution of the 14th Provincial Party Congress.
