In recent times, with the participation of the entire political system, the consensus, proactiveness, and active participation in building new rural areas of all classes of people, Ninh Hai district has united, overcome all difficulties and challenges, and strived to achieve quite comprehensive results. Up to now, the rate of hardened roads has reached 100%; 100% of villages and neighborhoods use the national grid; 100% of medical stations meet national standards; school equipment basically meets the standards for educational activities. Many works create "bright - green - clean - beautiful" highlights; the rate of rural housing meeting the standards according to regulations has reached 99.13%, with no more temporary or dilapidated houses. The district has 100% of communes meeting new rural standards, of which 6/8 communes meet the standards of advanced new rural communes; 27 villages meet the standards of new rural villages, of which 2 villages meet the standards of model new rural villages. The district sets a goal and strives to achieve the advanced NTM district standards by 2025.
Comrade Le Van Binh, member of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee spoke at the meeting.
Speaking at the meeting, comrade Le Van Binh, Chairman of the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee, suggested that Ninh Hai district should strengthen the leadership of the Party and the political system to take drastic, synchronous and comprehensive action, continue to promote propaganda and mobilization work to create changes in awareness and promote the role of the people. Strengthen capacity building, change awareness and thinking for the team working on new rural construction. Continue to organize and implement the Campaign "All people unite to build new rural areas and civilized urban areas"; improve the effectiveness of supervision and social criticism in new rural construction.

Concluding the working session, the Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee highly appreciated the results of the implementation of the National Target Program on New Rural Construction in Ninh Hai district. He emphasized that Ninh Hai is one of two districts in the plan to strive to meet the standards of advanced new rural districts of the province in the period of 2021-2025. To achieve the set goals, he suggested that the district should continue to direct the drastic, synchronous and effective implementation of tasks and solutions in new rural construction that have been directed by the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in the past time. Prioritize resources to implement criteria and targets that have not been achieved. Proactively mobilize and integrate support capital sources from other national target programs; review and complete the set of national criteria for new rural districts and advanced new rural districts in the period of 2021-2025.
