Delegation of Ha Nam Provincial People's Council visited and worked in Nghe An

On June 28 and 29, the working delegation of the People's Council of Ha Nam province led by comrade Le Thi Thuy - Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Council, had a program to visit and work in Nghe An. As part of the working program, this afternoon, the delegation visited the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard project, Cua Hoi Bridge and Cua Lo tourist area, VinWonder Cua Hoi amusement park. Accompanying the delegation, on the provincial leadership side, was comrade Nguyen Nam Dinh - Member of the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.

The delegation of the People's Council of Ha Nam province led by Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the People's Council of the province Le Thi Thuy visited the Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard traffic project with a total length of nearly 11km, a road surface of 95m wide with 12 lanes. According to the approved planning, along Vinh - Cua Lo Boulevard, each side is 220 - 250m wide, planning to build functional areas, key works, creating a modern and synchronous architectural facade. Divided into 5 main functional sub-areas: gateway center area; research and development center area; housing and education center area; sports and entertainment center area; tourism and entertainment center area.

Phase 1 of the project was implemented in 2017, with a total investment of VND 1,411 billion and was completed and put into use in mid-2021. Starting in mid-2022, Nghe An province has implemented phase 2 of the project, with a total investment of VND 1,415 billion. Currently, the project has completed 90% of the volume and is in the process of completing the construction of sidewalks, electrical systems, and traffic safety on the route, expected to be completed and put into use in July this year.

Next, the delegation of the Ha Nam Provincial People's Council visited the Cua Hoi Bridge project across the Lam River connecting Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces with a total length of more than 5.2km, of which the bridge section is more than 1.7km long. The total investment of the project is 950 billion VND, of which the central budget is 450 billion VND and the local budget is 500 billion VND.

The project started construction in February 2019 and was completed in October 2020. Along with Ben Thuy 1 Bridge and Ben Thuy 2 Bridge, Cua Hoi Bridge is the third bridge across Lam River connecting Nghe An and Ha Tinh provinces.

Also in Cua Lo Town, the delegation of Ha Nam Province visited the Cua Hoi entertainment area and cable car project to Ngu Island with an adjusted scale of nearly 150 hectares invested by Vingroup. Of which, the WinWonders Cua Hoi entertainment area has a scale of 37.8 hectares, the total investment after adjustment is nearly 4,000 billion VND, phase 1 is 900 billion VND.
