The first aquathlon tournament in Vietnam - DNSE Aquaman Vietnam 2023 took place on October 29 in Phan Thiet. According to Mr. Nguyen Hoang Giang - Chairman of the Board of Directors of the company, sports and securities may sound far apart but have some points of contact, both are places to create big dreams. Through the tournament, this securities company hopes to inspire the spirit of effort, ready to face obstacles to reach dreams in the community.
- Why did DNSE choose to accompany Aquaman Vietnam this year?
- We hope DNSE Aquaman Vietnam brings positive messages to the community. I believe that in any field, we need to have goals and dreams, which will be the driving force leading us to success.
In the financial field, DNSE has a dream of creating prosperity and financial freedom for Vietnamese people, providing the simplest and most convenient investment tools for users through the application of advanced technology.
Meanwhile, DNSE Aquaman Vietnam - the first biathlon tournament in Vietnam is the place to create dreams of conquering new races for athletes who have never participated in biathlon. DNSE hopes that this race will be a place to explore potential, arouse the desire to conquer, and open up greater destinations for athletes.

- What is DNSE's "dream" when accompanying Aquaman?
- During the development process, besides the pioneering aspiration to create a digital investment platform, DNSE is passionate about opening up and inspiring the young generation and its members with the spirit of "dare to dream big, dare to conquer". As mentioned, DNSE Aquaman Vietnam 2023 is an opportunity for us to spread this spirit.
Contributing to the tournament activities, in addition to accompanying and supporting the ticket costs for the pioneer athletes who registered early, we also gave Bibs to the children at the Angel Shelter. This is a place where children, who are in difficult circumstances but are very determined, have aspiration and dream of pursuing a sports career, live together.
- Having experienced Aquaman Vietnam 2022 in Tra Co, what do you think of the tournament?
- When I heard that Aquaman Vietnam took place in Tra Co last year, I immediately signed up to participate. The tournament is an opportunity for me to set higher goals in my health training.
It was also the first time I participated in a cross-country race. I experienced difficulties and confusion, but it was an interesting challenge, urging me to continue training and conquering my own limits.
- Why did you choose aquathlon to practice?
- There was a time when I was so absorbed in my work that I couldn't balance it, and my health was affected. Realizing the seriousness of the situation, I started exercising and setting goals.
After a period of persistent pursuit, my body has completely changed, becoming healthier, more flexible, and keeping in shape. Aquathlon gives me a positive lifestyle, thanks to which I have more energy to work and take care of my family.
Not only for health, aquathlon is also an inspiration in business. This seems far away but is actually very close to my career journey.
- How does sports influence your business orientation?
- In sports, every day I set a goal to be a little better than yesterday, to run faster, to swim longer. After a while, when I look back, I will see amazing results, it makes me excited to surpass myself.
In DNSE's operations, we always keep in mind to do better every day. With the pioneering orientation in technology in securities, DNSE launches many products for the first time on the market. At first, it may be difficult to approach customers, but as long as we are persistent and persistent in improving the product every day, gradually the market and customers will accept it.
For example, DNSE pursues a non-brokerage business model, providing a platform for customers to actively trade, instead of the traditional model. With this model, customer needs such as consulting, market analysis, stock codes... are all solved by DNSE using virtual brokers (AI Broker).
When we first launched, we received mixed opinions that technology cannot replace humans. But now, after a few weeks of testing the virtual brokerage feature via chatbot, our chatbot has received tens of thousands of inquiries, demonstrating the interest and trust of investors.

Moreover, investing is like sports, not short-term, it is a story of a lifetime. If aquathlon helps players to train their health for a long time, so does investing in stocks. The investment path can be 50, 60 years. Sticking to the goal and being disciplined are very important if you want to improve your financial health.
The lessons in sports have reminded me to continue to persevere and persevere on my path. In both investing and sports, we will encounter many difficulties, even "hit rock bottom". Disciplined daily training is the key to overcoming difficulties, achieving physical and financial health in a sustainable and resilient way.
Besides, I hope that sporting events like Aquaman Vietnam will inspire DNSE staff to practice together, to create an energetic and creative organization.
- What is the goal of you and your company members when coming to this tournament?
- DNSE members are training hard to participate in DNSE Aquaman Vietnam 2023 in Phan Thiet. In the company, there are people who have completely changed after training in two or three triathlons within 2-3 years, and can compete in the highest distances of competitions such as Iron Man and Aquaman. These are examples that inspire me and everyone to continue training.
The Aquaman tournament, for many DNSE members, was the first time they tried the combination of swimming and running, so everyone did not focus on achievements but the goal was to try, compete with all their might, and overcome their own limits.

On October 29, at NovaWorld Phan Thiet, the first swimming and running biathlon in Vietnam - DNSE Aquaman Vietnam will take place. The tournament has four events. Aquakid for children aged 6 to 10 (swim 200m and run 1km). Sprint Aqua (swim 500m, run 5km). Half Aqua (swim 1km, run 10km).
The longest distance is Aquaman (2km swim and 21km run). This is the only event with individual and relay competition.
